Private: property 1'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 1 km, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Rond-point de la Lande" 10 km, sandy beach 350 m. No access to the balcony. "Pirou Beach", 6-room house 166 m2 on 2 levels. Bright, modern and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, TV and DVD. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds, hand-basin, separate WC and shower. Exit to the garden. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the terrace. Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds. 3 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm). Shower, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Electric heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (8), box-room. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. The cottage was perfect. Great decor and amenities. Bright, spacious rooms, many storage options. Super equipped kitchen. The property is completely fenced and therefore ideal for a stay with dogs and children. The beach is a short walk through the dunes.

We spent a week in this beautiful house. Walking distance to the sea. Beds were neatly made on arrival. Host and hostess were extremely friendly everything was perfectly clean. We were 1 1/2 hours from La Mont St Michel and 45 minutes from Omaha Beach

The house is very modern and lovingly furnished! The set of plates, glasses, kitchen appliances is more than sufficient and nothing is missing! The landlords are super friendly and tried hard. The location to the beach and to the next town within walking

The house is about 5 minutes walk from the very large and beautiful sandy beach, which was almost deserted. The house is particularly spacious and fully equipped, so that we immediately felt very comfortable. The landlords are extremely friendly and helpf
