Such great experience! The staffs were super helpful, kind and friendly. You can easily tell that they were happy to help out as much as they could for us to have a better experience. The room was clean without any visible dust when we first walked in, it was so obvious that they put their heart into what they do. We also recieved snack bag upon our departure! I will definitely come back to stay with them everytime i come to pingyao!

Friendly and helpful services. Great location at the northern side of ancient city. The room is clean, large and comfortable. Toilet featuring automated bidet and large bathtub.

Such a nice place to stay , very clean , modern and ancient fusion . The hosts went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable . Right in town , walking distance to cafes , restaurants .

Superb stay!!! Xiao Hao went above and beyond her job scope to ensure our family enjoyed our stay thoroughly at the property. She arranged our tour guide and had excellent idea of how we could maximise our time in Pingyao. We had a courier service upon checkout, and she ensured our belongings were safe and oversaw it all perfectly. Highly recommend this property if you are coming to the lovely town of Pingyao.

Very nice hotel close to the heart of Pingyao. However, we were surprised how small the room was after it was described to be 45 square metres. Seems the garden was calculated as well. The rooms can not be locked from outside when leaving the rooms.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in the Delian Boutique Homestay. The location in Pingyao ancient city is very good, and the rooms are bright and airy. We were particularly impressed with the hotel staff, who connected us with an excellent English-speaking guide, helped arrange our visits to scenic spots and transfer to the train station, and were generally very helpful throughout our stay.

The hot water in the bath room was only good for 1 shower.

應該是古城裡環境前三之一，自己帶娃出來玩主要考慮安全，所以選擇了德蓮，位置也可以，晚上安靜，步行幾分鐘到南大街，酒店從經理到前台，到保潔阿姨，都非常熱情友好，介紹景區到位，微信回覆消息都是秒回，特別是油麥菜，哈哈，和她接觸最多，有求必應，有問必答，酒店還有接站服務，特別滿意。

城內唯一一家可以泡澡的客棧，電影1942的取景地，院內乾淨整潔，相比於古宅，這裏大方寬敞，我們一家四口住的很舒服，前台兩位小姐姐都超級好，老闆哥哥也很好，好評好評好評！

首先民宿的整個服務很到位，設施也很好，浴缸很大，很舒服，設計也很有特色，雖然天氣冷，但室內暖氣夠強！我們有吃不完的菜打包回來也有廚房可加熱、非常方便，最後還有誠意滿滿的伴手禮，真是超讚！

設施：有地暖，有小湯池，洗漱用品挺好的 衞生：有阿姨天天打掃 環境：古建築改造的，算是古城裡麪比較高檔的民宿 服務：前台油麥菜有問必答，有車接送進古城

這是我家人去平遙住的最滿意的一次民宿了。酒店的服務真的是太滿意了，因為帶了長者，酒店提供了擺渡車，前台提供無微不至的關照，小院非常安逸，鬧中取靜，有獨立的小院 ，裝修風格非常儒雅，酒店內的設施齊全，床單寢具乾淨衞生整潔，洗漱用品也高大上 ，總之是一次滿意的入住。會推薦身邊朋友的。再次感謝前台小妹 的照顧。
