I booked the scuba diving revision and fun diving courses in end-Sep 2024. The moment I came in their “classroom” (where students and instructors get diving equipment), I found it extremely chaotic and messy. Instructors were impatient and always on the run. They were not willing to solve your problems or answer your questions. The wet suit they provided was torn Their website said they will keep instructor-student ratio at 1:3. This is misleading. Not even a single time in my 5 dives with this company have I witnessed the ratio lower than 1:4. Neither for those who took the OW course! Worst of all, they didn’t care about student’s safety! Obvious example is that no one cross-checked the oxygen tank valve was opened correctly (I’d already told my last diving was done more than 5 years ago). Not opening the valve properly will literally stifle you underwater! Basically you were on your own. To be fair, there are things I should commend: 1. I booked the diving course via LINE. The staff online were hospitable 2. They will arrange for refund for courses which have to be cancelled due to bad weather, in my case it was bcoz of typhoon Krathon. Overall a terrible experience Sure!
