Great location, very near to Pinehurst Resort. Reasonable cost. Guests have a wonderful view of the nearby lake from the balcony.

“Perch” Perfect!
Pinehurst Perch was perfect for our family trip to Pinehurst US Kids Teen Worlds! The condo was clean, modern, and quiet. We loved the pool w/ its warm water and relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended!! See you next year!

Nice “Perch”
Great location, best entry key code ever! We’ve stayed at many VRBO’s and locking and unlocking with a code has been awful at times. This owner made the code very easy to use!

Wonderful
This location is wonderful, the access to the area and the condo amenities are perfect. We were moving and just needed space to transition out of our home we sold, but when we come back to visit friends- this will be our desired landing spot.

Pinehurst Perch
Super impressed with quick communication from Megan when I asked some questions prior to arrival. Upon arrival, there was no need to communicate. The unit was very clean and comfortable and well-stocked with necessities as well. Thank you, Megan!

A week with my daughter
Even though the pool was not open, we had a great time, enjoying the many things offered in the immediate area. The unit was great; lots of room to move around, great kitchen area as we enjoyed cooking together. Wonderful week!
