Bring your family and enjoy all that the lake life has to offer. We are only 45 minutes away from Mount Airy Casino and Mohegan Sun Casino's. We are 40 minutes away from Kalahari Resort in the Poconos and only 20 minutes away from the famous Woodloch Spa. There are plenty of great restaurants and bars/brewery’s within a short drive. Our property offers a large parking area suitable for up to 4 cars. We allow one large dog or two small dogs during your stay if you wish to bring your pet(s). Each room in the house has its own TV. There is a loft with two trundle beds that sleeps 4! We have two full bathrooms. We were even able to squeeze in a little game room in the basement filled with a dart board, foosball table, and two arcades. There is a lovely front porch for sitting and relaxing. We also have a deck on the side of the house where the propane grill and outdoor dining area is located. We have a wonderful fire pit area with string lights. The best part of the property is the boathouse and private dock! You do have to walk down a hill to get to the dock but it is a very short walk. Please ask about our pet fee.**IMPORTANT** Please do not use the floating dock in the lake or the neighbors amenities. Stick to our house and our boathouse/dock only. The master king bedroom features an en-suite bathroom and ROKU TV. The second king bedroom shares a full hallway bathroom with the twin/ twin bunk room. This cozy home is heated and cooled by individual split units; the living room and master bedroom also have ceiling fans. Enjoy your morning coffee seated on the rocking chairs on the covered front porch. The rear deck has a picnic table with benches. The fire pit area has poly adirondack chairs and Edison lights around its perimeter. The living room has a beautiful electric fireplace insert and comfortable seating as well as a large flatscreen television. Wi-Fi functions well for TV and cell service. Prepare meals in the nicely equipped kitchen with a toaster and both pod type and drip coffee makers. The dining table seats six. Brand new full sized refrigerator and stove in 2023. This is a convenient location for Promised Land State Park, Skytop adventure park, Lake Wallenpaupack, dining, antique hunting, adventure/water parks, wineries and much more. We have provided DVD’s with player, books, games and puzzles along with a smart TV in the living room with ROKU and fast, free Wi-Fi. There is a full-sized washer and dryer available for your use at no additional charge. We provide sheets, pillows, quilts (and an extra blanket) for each bed as well as towels for showering. We include starter toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap, hand soap and a few basic cleaning supplies, trash bags, new dish sponge for each rental.
