Wouldnt stay again The front desk staff was friendly, but the room was definitely not as clean as advertised. The pull out bed was disgusting, the shower had hair all in it, the cabinets had cups leftover from a previous occupant. For the price i paid for one night, i expected alot better

If you have a choice, don't stay here. Air on high never cooled room, water bug came out of shower head, outdoor pool not open and looked like it will never be, indoor pool murkey and full of hair balls, loud people all night, no one at desk to do early check out and no one would answer the number they give you to call to check out so had to leave keys in room and hope for the best, mediocre breakfast with a worker who harasses you while your trying to eat. She kept running up trying to take plates as soon as you put your last bite on your fork. The beds were uncomfortable and way too tall. I had to jump, no exaggeration, to get up on the bed. I have no idea how this hotel had a good rating when i booked. It was a major disappointment and i would never book here, or with Baymont, ever again.

Noise was because of loud cars and trucks around for a car show. Overall was a ok place to rest for the night while traveling through.

My "Go To" hotel in P-Forge. I am in Pigeon Forge 4-5 times a year and this is where I always stay.

Room was good size the fridge was large which came in handy for drinks friendly staff that allowed a early check in very good experience

Excellent staff Staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms are a bit dated but comfy as can be.
