Music Road Resort Inn

The hotel is beautiful. We love staying here anytime we visit the area. The bedding is very comfortable and the towels are thick and soft. Everything is well kept and very clean. My complaints are that the breakfast closes too early should be open until 11:00! The young man at the check in desk is very rude, he is not cut out for a job in hospitality at all. He is the only person that I have ever had contact with in all my times staying at the hotel that was just unfriendly not courteous at all. He just had an unpleasant attitude! I’d look into replacing him. I hope he’s not there next time I visit!! One more thing they were wasp all over the balcony!

First- there are 2 properties to this business- the Resort Hotel and the Inn across the street. We stayed at the Hotel. The room was nice with a balcony and 2 rocking chairs, small refrigerator and a microwave in the room. 2 swimming pools- the indoor one was open 24/7 but was a little cooler water temp than the outdoor one that was open until 11 PM. Lots of towels available at the poolside. Our 6 year old grand daughter loved the pools and we all went down the slide quite a few times. Nice shaded seating areas all around the pool. Breakfast was the same food all three days we were there, but there were many choices so really something for everyone. Front desk staff were exceptional and there is a really nice outdoor seating area along the Pigeon River with lights at night. There are 2 washing machines/dryers available for guest use- they take quarters and the front desk will provide change. Very easy access to the main roads and attractions. Actual grocery store (Kroger) less than a mile away.

Great place for families and the pool, arcade and breakfast is awesome. Close walking distance to most attractions. Quiet and comfortable rooms. Highly recommend for all kinds of stays, business, family or pleasure. This is the second year in a row I have stayed here .

This was our first trip to Pigeon Forge. Unfortunately, our stay was well below expectations and we will not stay again. If you are used to staying at a true resort, either select another option or lower the bar. I understand this is an older hotel, but stains were on the pillowcases, the microwave was stained and the popcorn ceiling was peeling and falling throughout the stay. I mentioned this several times, but the issue was not considered or remedied. The plus side is the hotel is near most attractions and pool access is 24 hours.

We stayed here a week ago, and this by far is one of the best hotels in pigeon Forge. Staff was very friendly. Went out of their way to help. Rooms are very clean. We stayed in one of the family rooms, which has a lot of room, and beautiful views from the balcony. This will be our go to hotel from now on. Totally awesome place.

Didn't care much for serving yogurt three days out of date, told kitchen person ,said she just does what she is told. Other than that enjoyed stay. USB ports in rooms would be nice.yogurt could make someone sick Not a good policy to save a dollar

Great place to stay. Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Wonderful room. Great breakfast with lots of food choices. . Did not get to use the pool. Front desk staff very helpful. Plenty of parking. Centrally located to everything. Great choice for us.

Our family stayed here recently and the experience was awesome! Hotel is clean, employees are friendly, breakfast was good. Grandson enjoyed the indoor pool! Will definitely stay here again! Beautiful Christmas decor, also. Hotel is close to everything in Pigeon Forge. I had asked for a handicapped room and got that plus our daughter and grandson got the adjoining room.

I booked the Inn and got stuck at The Resort,3 of my 4 nights our neighbor had loud screaming kids at 5:30 every morning(we didn’t get back some nights until after 2:00,they were screaming the parents were just laughing it was ridiculous the front desk refused to ask them to be quiet,a lot of mold on the ceiling,the pool is not heated it was ice cold,no hot tub available like advertised,the older ladies at the front desk are rude as hell.I thought this was a resort,it was outdated and idk what they consider a resort but this is far from it.They also didn’t have fruit for breakfast or hot water available at nighttime to make tea,also even hotels that aren’t resorts offer hot water tea coffee hot chocolate coffee only available in the morning.You definitely don’t get what you pay for here.The beds& pillows are also very lumpy and uncomfortable half the mattress hangs off the bed,I fell out of the bed twice during my visit.I was also very disappointed especially with the non heated pool as that and the hot tub (I never got to use) was inconvenient for me to go across the street to use.
