In the district of Fürth 2.5 km from the centre of Kaprun, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 6.5 km from the lake, 2.6 km from the skiing area. For shared use: swimming pool heated (9 x 4 m, depth 130 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). In the house: reception, sauna (extra). Lift, sun terrace, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use), ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. E-charging station. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 50 m, bus stop "nach Kaprun und Zell am See" 50 m, railway station "Zell am See" 7 km, thermal baths "Tauern Spa Kaprun" 1.5 km. Golf course (36 hole) 3 km, gondola lift 2.6 km, cross country ski track 500 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Maiskogel Almbahn 2.5 km, Schmittenhöhe 8.9 km, Kitzsteinhorn 9 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Zeller See 6.5 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Free ski bus service to the ski region Kaprun und Zell am See. The photo is just an example. Sauna included in high season (New Year's Eve and Carnival), open from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. At all other times, use of the sauna is charged at 30€ per hour/per apartment. 3-room apartment 60 m2, on the ground floor.
