Expansive water views of the cove which is great for swimming, kayaking and safe for kids to play. The beach is huge at low tide and perfect for beachcombers to find sand dollars, hermit crabs, crabs, eagles, herons, and the occasional seal. Children and young adults will love playing and swimming in the warm sheltered waters in front of the home or roasting marshmallows on the beach in the fire pit. You can launch your boat at a public ramp located close by, so bring your ski or sail boat and jet skis. Drive down the private driveway to the house with breathtaking views appearing before you. Open area with trees along the sides of the house provides ample parking for 6+ cars with privacy. The kitchen and large pantry closet are well-stocked with appropriate cooking items, spices, condiments, baking items, basic foods, utensils, and 12 place settings of dishes. Whether you choose to go beach combing, kayaking (3 kayaks are provided), dig for clams, BBQ, play board games, horseshoes, watch movies (45+ DVD's provided), watch the night stars or just relax, the deck, beach and lawn are the perfect place to hangout with loved ones. The bathroom has a large shower with two shower heads, sink and toilet. There is a full-size washer dryer in the hall closet with iron and ironing board. Outside is a hand held warm shower to rinse off salt water or your pet. Upstairs the master bedroom features a king size bed with a warm down/feather comforter, cozy sitting area, gas fireplace, and private balcony to have an intimate glass of wine above the bay and enjoy the sunset.
