The location is beautiful, with a charming Tuscan landscape, but unfortunately the service completely ruined the experience. We had booked in advance a lunch for four people, which clearly included two Bistecca alla Fiorentina, as stated in the confirmation. However, we were served only one. When we questioned it, the person attending us insisted that it was just one and that “there was no difference.” Even after showing that we had paid for two steaks, we were met with disregard and blatant stalling. It’s unacceptable to pay for something and not receive it — especially when someone tries to convince you that you’re wrong, despite having everything documented. It felt like a clear attempt to deceive us. A real shame, because the place has great potential. But it lacked professionalism, honesty, and respect for the customer. I do not recommend.
