Such a great customer service! Due to the floodings in Queensland we couldn’t stay on Magnetic island and Moira was so helpful with our booking! We got helped fast and with much effort and could feel the friendliness trough the screen! We would love to come back and stay with you some time in the future because we were left with such a friendly exchange :)

Moira was a fabulous host! We unfortunately arrived after magnetic island had some bad weather and most shops etc were closed. Moira kindly taken me and my friend to get something to eat and also upgraded our room to a bigger one for us to fit more comfortably. It was a lovely room, clean and tidy with shampoos and body wash and lovely towels. The pool was out of access obviously due to the weather there but it looked beautiful! We were actually gutted Mother Nature didn’t allow us full use of the place but we had a great time none the less due to Moira’s kindness and hospitality! The apartment is also close to the bus stop and situated right next to the beach. Highly reccomend :)

Serenity is perfectly located in Picnic Bay, a short walk from the jetty and beautiful beach with swimming nets. Close to Pub and superb restaurants too. We had a 2 bedroomed unit, stylishly furnished, well equipped and with the most comfortable beds. Garden is a tropical oasis around the lovely pool. Thank you, Diolch yn fawr, Moira, the perfect host for a wonderful stay.

Such a magic set up, tucked into the national park with a beautiful pool and awesome facilities for families. We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit, there was lots of room for our family of 4 and a decent sized kitchen to cook simple meals. We used the BBQ next to the pool too! So close to the beach and all the cool restaurants and cafes that Picnic Bay has to offer. We will definitely book again!

Highly recommend this as a place for a quiet, relaxing and comfortable getaway on Maggie. My partner and I spent nearly a week here and it was the perfect base for day trips all over the island, right near the bus and in a beautiful quiet spot. Thank you to the staff for helpful travel tips and being respectful of our space. We had a wonderful week and I’m sure we’ll return.

Where to start .... ok cost ... very reasonable. Rooms are spacious, practical and clean, a lovely private courtyard is a bonus. Handy to the bus stop, the Picnic Bay Pub & eating areas. The beach is magical, the iconic jetty is top place to take a walk and view the local marine life. The tropical gardens and surrounds are well tended and a delight to the senses, many shades of green and bright tropical flowers in bloom. Just a delight.

Wow , this place is so wonderful. Our unit with all cooking facilities, brilliant coffee machine , plenty utensils, nice big fridge freezer,, the swimming pool , with an outdoor bbq area next to it, the super friendly staff , the comfiest king size bed ever !!! Will definitely be back for another piece of "serenity "

We had the most wonderful stay at Serenity. Our bed was the most comfortable to lie in even better than being at home. The staff were so helpful suggesting places to go and see on the island. The location was superb being so close to the beach and a lovely walk along the coast.

A quiet place to stay and was very roomy. A full kitchen, lounge and fridge. Loved the little pool and bbq area also just down the road from the jetty. Easy to check in and out of. We loved our tine here and would definitely come back. Just near the shops and pub to, like 5 min walk
