This secluded five-bedroom, three-bath home at the end of Yanoo Trace cul-de-sac offers ample parking. Spread out in the upstairs great room or the expansive downstairs den. The newly renovated kitchen features a gas stove and beautiful counter seating. Downstairs, a conference room with an antique table seats 8-10, perfect for business meetings or gaming. The front entrance opens to a great room with a flat-screen TV, gas fireplace, fully furnished kitchen, and a dining room seating 6-8. The main floor includes three bedrooms: a master with a queen bed, walk-in shower, and tub; and two guest bedrooms with queen beds sharing a bath with a tub/shower. A partially screened-in porch with new furniture and a large deck with patio dining furniture and a propane gas grill are off the great room. Downstairs, find den with a flat-screen Smart TV, gas fireplace, and two additional bedrooms (one queen, one with two twin beds) sharing a remodeled bath with a walk-in shower. Each bedroom has a TV. The conference room seats 8-10 at an antique table. The home's new landscaping enhances the mountain escape feel.
