Casa Rachele

This is genuinely one of the best air places I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. The views are amazing, the bed and accommodation is perfectly clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious. However what really puts this place over the top is Rachele. She is incredibly kind, and makes you feel right at home

We had the most wonderful stay at Rachele’s. from the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted and she gave us a tour as well as gave us all the info we might need for our stav. She also had a bunch of amazing recommendations for local food/ restaurants and things to do. The location was PERFECT for us. It was less than a 5min walk to the train station and could easily get to anywhere along the amalfi coast and Pompeii Naples area. Room was wonderful and spacious, bathroom was big and always clean. She provided us with a delicious breakfast every morning, a pastry with yogurt and coffee/tea. I couldn’t have asked for a better host or stay! I hope to come back one day. Grazie mille!!!

it was in a perfect location, just a few minutes from the Metro Station and buses on the same street. around the corner was the square with a lovely selection of restaurants and bars. Within walking distance was the Marina too. The property was very clean and I would fine my room tidy everyday. i had an amazing view from my room too. Rochele was very hospitable and explained everything I needed to know. Also the place looked better than I had seen on the pictures

I stayed at Casa Rachele for 3 nights in July and a had a wonderful experience. Rachele is a very kind, helpful, and hospitable host. This is a bed and breakfast in her home, and she treats you like family. She will help you plan your activities and travels to different destinations on the Amalfi Coast and explain which busses or trains to take. Casa Rachele is in Piano de Sorrento, which is a short train or bus ride from Sorrento. You can take a ferry from Piano de Sorrento to Capri, or from Sorrento to Capri, Positano, or Amalfi. It is easy to navigate around the coast, but public transportation does not run that late. Casa Rachele is a perfect place to stay if you are solo traveling on the Amalfi Coast or with your partner or friend. This is not a party hostel. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms, and a laundromat in town around the corner. Rachele is a wonderful host and I hope to stay here again in the future!

Nos hospedamos en este alojamiento por los buenos comentarios que tenía, aunque la mayoría son del 2018, lo que probablemente refleja una mejor experiencia en esa época. Lamentablemente, nuestra estadía fue muy diferente. Desde nuestra llegada, nos encontramos con muchas reglas que no están publicadas en ninguna parte y solo te las informan al llegar. Además, la señora que atiende, aunque proporciona información, tiene un carácter muy desagradable. El primer día acordamos tomar el desayuno a las 07:30, pero llegamos a las 08:00, lo que provocó que la anfitriona nos llamara la atención como si fuéramos niños. Esto nos incomodó tanto que decidimos no tomar el desayuno allí el segundo día. Por la noche, me levanté a las 22:30 para ir a la cocina a buscar agua del refrigerador y me reprendió por encender la luz del pasillo, diciendo que era una falta de respeto. La situación se sintió como estar en una escuela militar. Por si fuera poco, el alojamiento no está realmente en Sorrento, sino a 5 kilómetros, en Piano Sorrento. Definitivamente, no lo recomiendo

Ich war auf Süditalien Reise, habe Sorrento, Positano und Amalfi besucht. Eigentlich hatte ich nicht eine genaue Planung und wollte es auf mich spontan zu kommen lassen. Rachele war eine sehr nette und sympathische Dame und wollte mir sehr behilflich sein. Dank ihre Hilfe habe ich genau gewusst welche Uhrzeiten die Züge haben und die Bushaltestelle war nur um die Ecke ihrer Wohnung. Was ich am besten fand, war dass sie eine sehr entzückende Wohnung hat genau nach meinem Geschmack. Ich habe es geliebt in ihrer Wohnung zu übernachten. auch Frühstück war ausreichend und das Service. Auf jeden Fall werde ich Racheles Unterkunft an Freunde und Familie weiterempfehlen!!
