Mere end blot et dårligt ord, værelset, som Ctrip reserverede, var et meget gammelt værelse. Dobbeltsengsværelset, jeg reserverede, gav mig to dyner med to senge skubbet sammen. Dynen kløede ikke midt om natten. . Et af de værste hoteller jeg nogensinde har boet på. Lynbeskyttelse. .

Jeg har opholdt sig i mange hoteller, og for at være ærlig, dette hotel er det værste. Hotellet er meget gammelt, med dårlige sanitære forhold og stort set ingen service. No. A very good location and great staff and good breakfasts, but the building is a mess and therefore a travesty. Not only is the new deeper sections of the hotel sporting cement ramps that are evident of a rush job, but the cheap floor boards next to the rooms by the pool are broken in some parts. On top of this, there are no sockets next to the beds in room 220 (and possibly others) and we had to buy a power chord and also ask for an extra one to charge our devices. One of the security guards kept on forgetting who we were every time we tried to park our scooter in the allocated parking bay, and made it uncomfortable. The pool itself needs more regular attention too. Also, our sliding door to our balcony had a latch that kept falling out. As a result, we left earlier than our original planned dates, and never got our money back for that day, despite Trip.com helping. The cleaning staff did a good job, but they often were late in doing so, because I think there was a staff shortage. In short, I won't recommend this place until they're truly done with their renovations.

I got catch cold due to aircondition blowing straight onto my body.i was asking for hot water in shower from last three days but i got only called water .toiletries will be provided only if you will asked.finally i did earlier check out and booked another hotel for rest of my stay

I had a lot of issues with my room on the first night (insects, AC malfunction, dirty sheets with dead bugs). They gave me another room the following day for the rest of the trip which was much cleaner. Overall the hotel is well located but needs serious renovations.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was not up to expectations due to several issues. Check-in Process: The check-in process was frustratingly slow. The hotel policy stated that check-in could begin at 3 PM, but when we arrived at 4 PM, we were informed that our room was still not ready. We had to wait until 5 PM to finally check in, which was quite disappointing. Room Quality: The room we received did not feel like a standard guest room. It was evident that the adjacent room was being used by staff for their breaks, and it seemed that the room we were given might have originally been intended for them. It looked like it had only been hurriedly prepared for us, and we found that it lacked basic amenities, such as a hairdryer. Noise Issues: The soundproofing in the hotel was inadequate. During the night, we were disturbed by the noise from the air conditioning, motorcycles passing by on the road, and the wind rattling the doors and windows. This made it difficult for us to get a good night's sleep. Overall, my stay was disappointing due to these factors.

Facility was amazing, but super poor breakfast options and staff there always on the phone and sitting chair. No service at all. Housekeeping staff was cleaning room while talking on the phone.

茶具不小心落在了房間,被服務員偷走了,不願意交出來。 除此之外,房間的被單很大的味道,像是那種悶了很久沒有曬乾的臭味。 員工感覺很懶散。 其它就是四星級酒店的設施標準、出門就是海。
