All good just the bed was hard and the water in the shower was stinky, they need to clean the pipes. Great location .

Fantastic service and great location but would good if they had a restaurant and pool bar on location.

Rooms very old and not clean... we stayed only one night.. breakfast was a joke. We lived 3 days in a cheaper and better hotel and hoped for and upgrade but that proce is 30% more expensive and absolutely not to recommend

The experience here wasn’t too pleasant because one of the towels had some kind of bleach stained on it. They wanted to deduct it from me and not give me back my deposit and they say they would get in trouble. It seems like it was just a ploy to some money in their pockets when we never actually use that towel so we were quite upset we won‘t stay here again.

They cheated with me. I booked a room 2nd floor with a balcony but they gave me 1st floor without balcony. 1st photo i booked and 2nd,3rd they gave me.

Lovely very very functional hotel with amazing pool in the shade for the kids … Minutes away from the most beautiful beach and buzzy place like Bangla road etc .. we went twice already to Phuket and both times stayed in Viridian resort and both time was just perfect!

1. The floor has cracks. 2. The bathroom is not clean. I go into the bathroom, still wet and smell. 3. The sink smells from the pipe. 4. When I checked in, the staff didn't tell any information only tell me about the deposit, when returning the room and the fabric used on the pool. 5. There is no phone to contact the staff or any counter in the room. 6. The rooms are wide and proportioned but not maintained for a long time. 7. The garden and the pool area are in the middle of the hotel. Looks in proportion and has a beautiful view. 8. Wifi is a very good speed. 9. I didn't use the pool at all because I saw many Russians kissing in the pool.

This hotel is very bad, you can't smoke in the room. Even if you take a bath, don't wet it and the towel should not be wet. These are all the hotel policies and more. If you smoke inside you have to pay 3000 Thai Baht and what is the worst thing about this hotel. They ask for a deposit before booking. We were asked to pay 2000 Thai Baht for a room. They have a fine (challan ) menu in the room instead of a food menu.

I arrived late at the hotel and they put me in a room that had a very strong moldy smell on the walls. On the second day I asked to change the room, which was granted, but they gave me a room that was extremely far away and close to the cleaning products. I don't know if I would stay there again.

This wasn’t my first time to Patong but was first time in ten years. I simply wanted to cap off my trip with a little relaxing time on the beach after spending a month in China Rai. The room was very nice and location a resonable walking distance from everything I’d planned to see.
