We are a having a beach room, though it is on second roll, we still able to enjoy seaview, very tranquil environment. The room is very spacious, exceed our expectation!! Food is delicious at Marisa Terrace Restaurant, from breakfast to dinner. The private beach is very quiet, since only house guests have access, no outside people. If you like gardening, you will enjoy the greenery work, every single corner is well designed and the vegetation is carefully selected, plus a lot of artistic decoration is sophisticated arranged. If you like traditional craft work, pay a visit to Craft Thive gift shop, you will find a lot of high quality craft work from Thailand and other countries, the friendly shop MD is very knowledgeable and patience, he will tell you the story behind each craft work. Lastly, I would like to thanks all the staffs for their hospitality services, especially Tiffy at reception, she help to organized our breakfast boxes very early in the morning as we have days trips need to leave hotel before dawn.

This hotel is nestled by a private beach away from the noisy Phuket town. Good for couples. I love that they can provide private service to arrange sunset dinner on the beach with beautiful lights.

We had a wonderful experience at the Thavorn Beach Village. The location is a little difficult to reach but the shuttle service helps a lot. The landscaping, rooms and food is top notch. Special mention for Peachie who was very attentive, kind and helpful which made our stay and experience all the more better We had a room on the fourth level and the view was breathtaking.. Would surely come to this resort again.

Nice environment and friendly service. Breakfast with great variety. A bit old style but clean. Not far from Patong but taxi or tutu are charging B$400 each trip. Hotel free shuttle trip twice daily is too low the frequence. With the private beach, more water activities such as sailing, fishing and jet skiing are expected, but only snorkeling and expensive subcontracted scuba diving are available.

Great stay, rooms and certain areas needs some revamping for fresher look

Beautiful hotel located by a private beach amid lush gardens. The setting is stunning with an incredible swimming pool, clean private beach and swim up bar. Breakfast had great choices for everyone. The hotel is about 20 minutes taxi journey to Patong Town and there is very little in walking distance from the hotel, which makes it ideal for families or those wanting a quiet get away, yet shops and nightlife are still only a short journey away. Staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. I hope that I have chance to return.

The hotel gave us a cake to compensate for the terrible experience we had in the hotel but the cake had a lot of dust stuck onto it so it’s basically inedible. We also booked for the romantic dining place but the place was a huge scam with many insects and food was bad.

Here's a refined version of your review: I rarely write negative reviews, but this one is necessary to help other travelers reconsider staying at Thavorn Village. The mosquito complaints are true. We were bitten throughout our stay, though the issue is somewhat manageable with the air conditioning on. However, the real problem was the service. Our room lacked towels, and despite two reminders, we only received them after three hours. The location is inconvenient with no nearby amenities, and the beach is disappointing—no fine sand. The hotel is very outdated, with only one charging socket in the room. Overall, this is a 3-star hotel at best with 1-star service.

This can't be a 5 stars Hotel, It's old, renovated but still old. It is an insect friendly hotel insects everwhere, especially lizards sizes vary. Rooms are not easy accesible was on hill. Using a slow cable car that needs 5-10 minutes of waiting. Its not well maintained when it comes to the air conditioning. Breakfast buffet is the same everyday, and it is outdoor no air conditioning. The price is good but I would rather pay it in something better. Not recommended at all.
