Good resort. Walking distance from the karon beach. Breakfast was good. Comfortable stay in the rooms

This hotel was amazing, the service was incredible, upon arrival we were given free honey butterfly tea and one of the staff helped us to our room with our bags. Not to mention we were given a free upgrade to a room with private pool access right outside our balcony and the room was decorated with flowers and balloons. The location was great too! It was directly in the middle of both Kata beach and Karon beach and lots of shops were nearby. Would definitely recommend and stay here again! The only issue was during the time of our stay the spa was undergoing renovations so we could not access it.

Suitable for young and fit individuals as it requires a steep incline to get to the reception and down slope to exit. From the reception there is a golf buggy available at all times to get to the hotel rooms. The breakfast is nice for the price point of the room and location. The pool was adequate and not much used by guests. Most guests are Russian or East European and friendly. The drainage system needs more working to get uninterrupted flow. Perhaps caused by guests flushing more than tissues. Notice in the rooms may help. Every room has a balcony which is an attraction. It is quiet at all times.

Very nice hotel, staff is great. Always fresh and clean, breakfast is great, even on hangover. Nearby shopping places, plenty of food.

I received a great deal for what I paid. The staff was helpful and the breakfast buffet was better than what was expected. The facility is nice and the room is just as it looks in the pictures I found some bugs inside the room, but I didn't mind.

Останавливалась на 5 ночей, все понравилось. Удобная локация, в шаговой доступности есть все, от еды и массажа до проката авто за углом. Очень приветливый и всегда готовый прийти на помощь персонал. Немного шумновато, но так много где на Пхукете. Рекомендую!

Отель очень понравился, много зелени и бассейнов разной глубины, небольшой, расположен в разных уровнях, нет скопления людей и всегда есть место на лежаках. Хорошие завтраки- шведский стол. До пляжей недалеко, в то же время отель не на дороге и нет шума. Сервис и обслуживание на хорошем уровне, немного маловато освещения для чтения вечером но не критично

12點半就去辦入住，告知兩點拿鑰匙，然後我就出去吃飯等時間回來，結果兩點了告訴我房間空調有問題，讓我繼續等。然後他們不慌不忙，在我幾次催促後，才有人去房間查看。那我辦完入住的一個半小時時間都在幹嘛？！無語！villa房型的衞生間簡直侷促要命，那麼小的衞生間還放浴缸幹啥...房間老舊燈光昏暗，謹慎入住，並不推薦

酒店在一個上坡內，不過裏面倒是很安靜，離卡倫海灘蠻近的，離711稍微有點遠，酒店內隨時有小車接送，接送小哥服務態度很好很熱情，酒店內比較乾淨，房間床對面是鏡子還有八卦圖，稍微有點點奇怪的佈局，泳池玩起來很舒服，酒店空調有點吵，淋浴水會有點臟，需要自帶濾芯
