Hi, overall the experience is good, location is very good and breakfast was great with ocean view. I really like the restaurant staffs, they are very professional and sweet. They also had a free cake for my brother’s birthday. And the staff at the gate to help us across the streets were as very helpful and friendly.
The receptionists could be better. Before arriving, 2 weeks in advance I arrived, I emailed them for details about experience and programme, they just reply me to check the website. When I mentioned my brother’s birthday and asked if we can have some deco in the room, they didn’t reply. When I arrived, i found total 3 rooms they didn’t arrange accordingly based on my comments which I left in the email that I sent 2 weeks earlier, in the result, the bill charged to my brother’s room and I need more time when I check out. When I checked out, as I left earlier so I clean all the bills for total 3 rooms, and got confirmation from the receptionist that it’s all good. But when my brother checking out, they asked him to show the deposit receipt and credit card, at that time I was on the plane. Later I spent extra time to speak to the receptionist when I landed to explain, just realised they themselves didn’t do handover or remark thing. So they didn’t check internally but bothering clients.
I will definitely be back to Patong but I am not sure if I will choose this hotel.
