I stayed 3 places in Phuket town and this one was easily the best for the money. Charming place just a short walk from the main area. They have various room types - basic, superior,deluxe etc some with internal windows and some with external windows

Machida House is located near the old clock tower , walking distance from the famous Sunday market street and very close to shops, bars and restaurant. The owners are a super kind and helpful and gave us a warm welcome on arrival . Rooms are a bit dated but clean and well maintained, considering the economic price. Definitely recommended if you would like to make the most of your Phuket old town experience and would like to stay close to all the action.

I had a fantastic 4-night stay in Machima House 👍 The room was spacious, super clean, well-cooled, daily 2 bottles of water and toilet paper. The owners are such sweethearts, they genuinely care about their guests’ satisfaction. Very good location next to Clock Tower Circle in Old Phuket Town.Next door is a 7-Eleven supermarket, not very well stocked, but another one perfectly stocked is within walking distance across MacDonalds (check it on Google Maps). I loved my stay and highly recommended Machima House!

This is a guesthouse with private rooms, not a hotel. The rooms are located upstairs; there is no elevator, which is understandable given the age of the building. However, the prices are not correspondingly low. Each room includes two glass water bottles, a kettle, and a refrigerator and TV. The rooms are quite small, and it's easy to trip over the bed or TV stand. Care Of Your Feet and fingers. (: For Luggge have enough space. Mostly Clean Buildings. Like a Family House. While it's conveniently located near larger hotels, its pricing is more expensive. The owner is very welcoming and kind. However, a review of the pricing policy and some rules is needed. The "no shoes" rule is inconvenient, especially after a long journey, as the stairs can be difficult to navigate. The lack of a hairdryer and shampoo, as well as the need for cleaner bedsheets, are also noteworthy. For 950 THB, the accommodation may not be worth the cost.

The service was great, we got a lot of recommendations from the stuff and they are really friendly. Clean, good location. Only the WiFi was not so good in our room in the 3 floor in the backside. And we shared a 2 bedroom for 3 persons with an additionally mattress on the floor, that’s why we sometimes struggled with enough space in the whole room. The rest was great and I would recommend it. They even offer drinking water & coffee in the entrance. Laundry service and 7/11 is close by.

The changes the rooms without consent. Have to sleep on the floor. If you rent a car no parking provided.
