Easy checkin process with clear explanation to this gem with a 36m long hotel pool. Room was clean and neat, specially liked the water dispenser on the floor to reduce plastic waste. Can see the ocean from the pool which is very enjoyable especially during sunset. 🌅

Went during Songkran with kids and to say it was the best decision ever is an understatement. The kids had a memorable fun experience for life and will go back again to this hotel whenever we visit Phuket. The staff were sooo friendly and welcoming and fun. They had free water guns for kids and even gave new ones when the kids broke the first one. They offered free waterproof cases to all customers apart from free water guns for all kids. Kids even had fun splashing water with them and stayed with the staff enjoying Songkran splashing water for long hours and wouldn’t come back in their room. Overall a once in a lifetime experience for kids. Thank you to all the staff for making it so special for them. The kids are still talking about the staff till now. Thank you Kokotel.

It's a good place—quiet and has everything you need for a night before a flight. Beach is in 5 minutes walking distance.

Unique boutique hotel with a not too bad location! Cozy breakfast place …..nice! Reception cum Coffee station is such a simple yet brilliant idea! Well thought!! Love the pool as well…..such pool length in a not so big hotel!!

This hotel was perfect for a one-night stay. The room was compact but had everything I needed, and the location was fantastic—just a short walk to the beach! The only quirks were the bar setup: it’s positioned right at the hotel entrance, which feels a bit awkward for relaxing, and there’s no bar by the pool (a missed opportunity, since that would’ve elevated the experience). For a quick trip, it’s a great choice—just don’t expect spacious rooms or a lively poolside vibe. Would stay again for the convenience and location alone!

We love this hotel albeit it was a bit far from the other happenings in Phuket. Just rent a car (if youre from Malaysia, your driving license applicable here) and you are good to go. Thanks Kokotel for such an amazing service!

Solo traveller using the hotel for a night stop before an early international flight departure. Would have loved to stay longer. Spotless room and bathroom. Fresh,clean bedding and towels. Some mosquitos managed to get into the room upon (or before) arrival. Ask the staff to spray when you go out.

Excellent hotel for beach access at naiyang. Very close to 7/11 and restaurant near by. Clean bathroom and bed for a comfortable stay.

Good stay over that near to airport. Beach is about 5min walking distance from the hotel. Room is clean and come with balcony.

My 2nd trip here. Also book twin bed but on the 2nd floor. my only gripe is that the a/c temp is fluctuating even when set to a desired temp. other that that everything else is sufficient.

Good location, room is very clean, just 10 mins from HKT INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. Easy walk to beach and near 7-11 also.

Very much enjoyed the stay, modern hotel and wonderful roof top pool, air con superb Beach close and was beautiful (subject to plastic rubbish in areas) Good choice of restaurants Was allowed a late checkout which was great Staff very friendly
