Værelset var meget dårligt, det var i et hjørne uden udsigt overhovedet. Og det er ud til vejen, så det er meget støjende om natten, og der er altid en hotelbil. Da jeg gik tilbage til værelset om natten og løftede dynen op, så jeg pletter efterladt af den forrige person og en tånegl. Det var virkelig ulækkert.

Et yderligere spørgsmål: Dette hotel tillader ikke sen check-out, og der vil være en bøde for enhver forsinkelse efter klokken 12! ! Og fuldstændig ude af stand til at kommunikere! ! ! Jeg håber, at platformen vil straffe hoteller med en så dårlig serviceattitude, stivhed og specialisering i at bedrage kinesere! ! !

For det første er privatlivets fred meget dårligt! Ekstremt dårligt! Især lydisoleringseffekten, det anbefales stærkt ikke, hvis du rejser som en familie eller et par, især hvis du har en balkon på dit værelse, kan alle se dit værelse. Billederne passer ikke til rummet! For det andet anbefaler jeg det stærkt. Placeringen er meget, meget, meget, meget fjernt. Der er intet omkring, og hvis du vil tilbage til hotellet om natten, vil mange taxachauffører ikke tage imod ordren! Der er bedre hoteller til samme pris, og du kan også bo på steder med bekvem transport. For det andet kan få mennesker på hele hotellet tale kinesisk, hvilket gør kommunikationen vanskelig.

Værste oplevelse nogensinde, intet privatliv overhovedet, selvom det ser privat ud på billederne!! Vi tog den dyreste kategori for villa med et soveværelse, og vi gik ikke ind i poolen en gang! ! ! Selv villaen i sig selv er ikke privat, alle kan se dig. Vi har betalt 2000 AED for INTET. Receptionen er overhovedet ikke hjælpsomme, de ønsker faktisk ikke at hjælpe dig.

Amazing place to honeymoon 💖 really calm with nature blend. The suites very comfortable and all the amenities complete and perfect 💖 Stunning sea view from the suites while you can swim in the private pool 💕 The customer services very excellent especially if guest wanted to go some spot in Sinae. Using the Sinae Apps and request place to go. The buggy will pickup on the spot to our suites ❤️ The hilltop cafe at the peak very amazing and so beautiful with the delicious food and drink. Especially the Pizza, cooked using the brick oven and the taste so delicious ❤️ This place so beautiful and memorable. We will comeback to experience again this magnificent place 💖

Absolutely Devine! Upon arriving we were greeted by people to help us and spoil us. The staff are so beautiful and eager to please. The villas are stunning. Mini bar is included. Pool is amazing. Views are spectacular. Breakfast in an incredible and in-room dining was unreal. It was also super affordable. Spa treatment was Devine. This resort is so special. Was our favourite on our trip and I would say a favourite all time. Highly recommend. Am already planning for a week again next year!!

Superb hotel with the great services. Well recommended, superb services and worth for money.  Really enjoy the stays, great accommodation and superb view from the room.

Service is nice, limited but great food selection. Spa/massage is a must try there.

Our room experienced an issue with the air conditioning. Despite two visits from the technician, the problem remained unresolved. As an apology, we were offered an upgrade to a different room type. All room has a beautiful sunset view. Breakfast buffet line is great. Mascot of the hotel is too cute. (woay-y, the octopus)

Excellent 10/10 to the view. It’s a modern hotel with nice internal design, even with its own App for us to reach out to them Buggy is 24/7 available. Nice, yummy breakfast There’s a hilltop and Starbucks on the hilltop, can watch sunrise and sea view😍 Private swimming pool is ++ plus too.

Really nice environment. The service was great. The room was very clean. The staff was really nice and friendly. I enjoyed the breakfast and the view from everywhere in the hotel.

The hotel was truly luxurious, just as advertised. I was very impressed with the service, and having a private pool with a stunning sea view was absolutely amazing. However, the location was a bit isolated—aside from Sinea Hotel, there wasn’t much nearby, and it’s not a walkable area. Overall, it’s perfect if you’re looking for a peaceful and upscale retreat!

We spent hours just enjoying the view and the privacy. Every corner of the resort feels serene and thoughtfully curated. Sinae Phuket created memories that we’ll treasure for a lifetime. It was the perfect setting for the beginning of our married life, and we are already dreaming of coming back for an anniversary. Highly recommended for couples, honeymooners, or anyone looking for a truly special escape in Phuket.
