Easily the best hotel I’ve ever been to! Everything is brought to perfection! The room, the hotel territory, the pool, the service and the views. Breakfast was amazing too! Anything you wish you can have.   A slight disadvantage are the prices on extra food, alcohol. All services that are not included in your stay are too pricy for Phuket. A couple of small beers is 500 THB for example.

Staff are friendly & helpful! Hotel is quiet and nearby the beach! GAIA Restaurant is great for birthday celebrations!! Yean, Pim, Hong, Nong are very helpful and friendly! Small insect around the forest so it's acceptable!

The design of the hotel room is stunning. Semi outdoor bathroom and outdoor bathtub is one of a kind. However, if you are very scared with insects, you may need to be extra careful.

Overall is good and the staff is very friendly. However, it could be best if the hotel can upgrade their tv to smart tv so that the guest can enjoy Netflix or YouTube in the cozy room

Beautiful hotel with a quiet location - if you appreciate the privacy, and the quiet, this is the hotel for you We were greeted warmly by reception and shown to the villa very quickly after check in The staff were warm, and helpful when it comes to either with random buggy rides to breakfast, or just a warm greeting coming back from the gym Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Location is great as we drive. Staff are all courteous and attentive. Breakfast variety can be improved and no other dessert except pancake and French toast. We will definitely come back again!  Yip’s family

A great resort to getaway from the busy city touristy Phuket. Amazing service and access to the private beach area of Mai Khao beach, it is a great place to unwind and relax

Thankfully, I got a upgraded room with a pool. However, the quality of the room was a bit disappointing compared to the photos.

Location is about 2.5 km from the nearest 7-11. Breakfast selection is ok and quality is consider good. Staff are friendly but not service oriented.

Beautiful and well-kept resort, everywhere is very clean and the staff is always kind and smiling. Perfect place for honeymoon and to relax.

Hotel is very exclusive and private. Nice architectural design and decoration. Beachfront was quite a disappointment. Considering what Melia promotes in terms of environment protection and sustainability actions, beach front is simply a plastic bottles waste yard. Very very disappointing for such secluded place. Melia and other very few hotels in that beach should join efforts to collect so many bottles and plastic waste.
