I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The room was simple but spotless, with fresh linens, a comfortable bed, and all the basic amenities I needed. The location was convenient, with restaurants and close to the old town, which made getting around hassle-free. A night market it’s just meters away it was convenient to get a late dinner as we reached Phuket town late at night. For a budget-friendly option, this hotel exceeded my expectations. If you're looking for a clean, quiet, and affordable place to stay, I’d definitely recommend it!

Near morning market but the room is small. It fit with 1 person. If you book for 2 people, please make sure you are really close. The bed is near bathroom.

We loved the breakfast. It’s a stylish hotel with small and clean rooms. The location is also very convenient for discovering the city center of Phuket.

Great value for a given price. Nice breakfast with excellent variety for Ibis styles chain. The room was quite small, but there was enough space. The only big minus - very loud air-conditioning.

So glad we upgraded to include the breakfast buffet option because the food provided was really good. Plenty of halal options as well. The rooms were clean and well maintained. For this price you cant get any better.

I'm appreciate with the price, location, service, cleanliness, ammenity, exterior and interior. But I don't like how they set the basin next to the bed without partition.

Location is good.This is the only good thing about the hotel.Especially this is not like a hotel more like a hostel.Not clean enough,food quality is not good,restaurant’s cutlery smell so bad.I couldn’t use the fork due to the odor.

I and my colleagues recently stayed at Ibis Phuket for a night, and overall it was a really pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. The bed was cozy, and the bathroom was modern and well-kept. The location was great — close to restaurants, shops, and public transport. It was easy to get around. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to answer questions or give directions. One small downside was the breakfast — it was a bit basic and didn’t have a lot of variety. But honestly, it wasn’t a big deal since there were plenty of cafes nearby. Would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area. Good value for the price.

Nearby marketplace for local fruits and seafood. Seafood Restaurant nearby at night is affordable and nice. No swimming pool is available at ibis. However, hotel guests can access to Novotel swimming pool and facilities

I really enjoyed my stay here … Even though I arrived during ghost hours the receptionist was kind enough to let me check in before check in time … ✅The hotel temperature is always regulated ✅Very quiet and peaceful ✅lovely and friendly stuff members ✅Fresh, scrumptious and presentable breakfast ✅The hotel is closer to old town and a lot of stores The hotel takes customer service seriously and also thrives for exceptional customer service. I’d give it a 9/10

WiFi was absolutely terrible, not useable. Will just about work for basic messaging and email. You can supposedly get faster wifi by signing up, but the signup process didn't work for me - "There is a technical problem, please try again later" - possibly because the free wifi is too bad for you to be able to sign up. Room was OK, staff were mostly useless (apart from the cleaning staff that were friendly and efficient, and one young guy who was at reception sometimes). For this money there are definitely better hotels in Phuket.

Small room but new and clean! Good location, easy to walk around! Breakfast is pretty good!
