My son and I stayed at Rawaii Palm Beach Resort for a month. Our stay was very pleasant. It is a great place for families . My so met lots of kids to play with. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. The only problem we had staying there was the WiFi connection didn’t always work properly in our room. The manager quickly sent someone from IT to try to resolve the problem. I definitely would stay again.

Great location in Rawai Bay, 2min walk from the beach. Amazing pool, accessible right from the room on the first floor. Huge room but with slightly outdated furniture. Breakfast quality can be improved (decent variety but not amazing quality). Very kind staff.

I recently stayed at Rawai Palm Beach Resort and had a wonderful experience. The resort is located in a peaceful area, perfect for those looking to relax away from the busy tourist spots. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a beautiful view of the pool or garden. The swimming pool is a highlight — large, clean, and surrounded by lush greenery, creating a tropical paradise vibe. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any request. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including both local and international dishes. While the beach near the hotel is not ideal for swimming, it’s just a short drive to some of the most beautiful beaches in Phuket, like Nai Harn and Ya Nui. Overall, Rawai Palm Beach Resort is a fantastic place for families or couples seeking a quiet and relaxing getaway. I would definitely recommend it to others and look forward to coming back.

Awesome stay! Big, clean room with comfortable beds. Great breakfast! Friendly staff, who are always willing to assist. Location is great with many restaurants within walking distance. Short drive to Naiharn beach. You can rent motorbikes from rental shops just around the corner from the hotel to help getting around easier and to have fun exploring the area. Will definitely be staying here again on our next visit!

Very pleasant stay at the hotel, very comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, great pool, nice gym. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend it

Highly enjoyed our stay, despite the hotel being a few years old, the rooms are big and beds are comfy. The room was kept clean and stocked up the bar everyday. Room services was marvellous, check in and out was smooth. The hotel amenities were brilliant even though most of the time we were out touring which we used the hotel packages that offered good prices. Breakfast was included and buffet style perfect to accommodate all types of people eating expectations. The Location is brilliant and easy to get to many places. Overall, great family hotel.

The service was generally good and the staff were polite. The rooms look a bit old and maybe need a refresh, a few of the plugs weren’t working. The pool was fantastic though. They didn’t offer new towels and though I understand from an environmental point of view, it should’ve been made clear to guests or they should’ve been given the option which is the case in many other hotels. We paid for the Monday night buffet and if you got there early it was ok but an hour in it was shocking. 70% of the food was gone and there was no ability to keep up with this and the dishes remained empty for long periods or time or weren’t refilled again (at least not while we were there which was for about 2 hours). That is pretty terrible for a buffet

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed in on holiday. It’s luxurious but also completely unpretentious at the same time. That’s the perfect recipe for me. Large rooms, excellent pool, decent breakfasts, good location.

A great location in the heart of Rawai but quiet and large comfortable rooms. The staff or always very welcoming, friendly and professional. Breakfast has a good variety of dishes. Lovely large pool. Thank you.

This is a wonderful area and a great hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Most of the sights are a short drive away and there are quite a few restaurants and even a laundromat within walking distance. I would definitely recommend getting a groundfloor room that leads straight into the swimming pool. The breakfast menu was different each morning and they do have room service available. The lady at the front desk helped us book a day trip to Racha & Coral islands.

Near Rawai beach, Prom-Thep cave (sunset). Staff is very polite and helpful. Room is clean and comfortable. Traditional style hotel. In my view, I do not recommend for elder person coz, the path to the room is a slope.

Good location. Very big hotel, rooms are big too. Friendly staff and perfect breakfast. Pool is clean and big.
