Located in a small street. Quiet and empty street at night. This accommodation is opened for monthly rental too. The staff is nice. The room is clean. Ok place if you have a car or motorbike

The location isn’t the best, and they have no elevator which they should mention it on the website before people book, they put on me on fifth floor which was a nightmare to walk downstairs and upstairs

The room didn’t accommodate an extra person; only two people were allowed per room. Also, I found the reception staff to be somewhat lacking in kindness.

Best place to stay short or long term inChalong area. I'll come again

Polite friendly and professional service

This is a quiet and clean hotel with a good service, friendly and very helpful personnel, with a small authentic and very affordable restaurant downstairs. Around 8 mins by walk to a small shopping mall & supermarket, and around 8 minutes by walk to a very cosy cafe hidden in a small forest with delicious matcha! The rooms are spacious and price is very affordable. I enjoyed my stay there and I hope to come back again! The only one little thing, it doesn’t have elevator, it didn’t affect my stay though.

Vipa House is nicely located in the south of Phuket, with easy access to Chalong Pier (for island hopping activities), Phuket old town, beaches and other must-see scenic spots such as Cape Promthrep, Big Buddha, Crocodile Farm, Tiger Show, etc, which are convenient for family outings.

The place was decent and we encountered no problems at all, but the proprietor reminded me of my ex who wanted to rent out a room, but was then pissed she has a tenant and that the tenant stays home too much and lives her life.

Very worth the price. Nice staff. The location is a bit troublesome, hard to get around without a scooter. But there is a big shopping complex with a small night market nearby, which is great for some street food.

Good location, near mini big c and a great cafe with inexpensive delicious Thai food. The staff is friendly and fulfills all requests.

Clean, quiet hotel with nice staff and management. Hot shower, fast wifi, and a two minute walk from two supermarkets. Lots of food options nearby as well. Never had any issues and will definitely stay here again.
