Staff look a bit shy and quiet. Booked a Family Room with 3 beds and got room 6 on 2nd floor next to the stairs. Direct beach and restaurant are at the back of the resort. At night they and resorts nearby have dinner tables so the beach is lit and lively. Early in the morning they don’t set up yet so it’s very good to walk, run and exercise there. They’re having a renovation. Room 6 had very strong paint smell. Water faucets are usable so they don’t change yet. Hose spray for toilet is on the right and you will twist your body to hang it on the left. Coffee making table, clothes cabinet and safe box are inside the bathroom with walls to separate. Drain hole is near the wall of the toilet so when we shower, the toilet room is wet too. Wall mount shower gel and shampoo. Bring your tooth brush set as most places in Thailand don’t give. Water drains slow a bit but not clogged. Other rooms on ground floor are being renovated also. It’s a small resort in the shape of a town house and they have a small lane to walk to the beach. Next to that lane are 3 or 4 guest rooms on ground floor. If you need the best room, it’s on 2nd floor at the end and you have 2 large beds, a separate large room with microwave, table with 4 chairs at the balcony overlooking the beach. Other guests can walk to this balcony too. View is the sea and the roof of the beach front restaurant. Room 6 has a table & 2 chairs outside the room so when you smoke and eat, expect to see other guests walking pass. Tops convenience store is on the other side of the street. Many shops, restaurants and food stalls on this street. The resort is at the end of this small beach town & next to the National Park. Walking about 30 minutes towards the park direction, we saw a tiny coral islet and we crossed the coral underwater way from main beach to that islet. Wear aqua shoes as it’s impossible to walk with bare feet. Water level is around waist line. The main beach has a strip of sand running towards that tiny islet and the other side has high sand. Very beautiful sunset. If you want to do that, go before 4pm because when it’s dark (after 6pm, mid October), there is almost no light in that zone and water starts to raise higher which means it’s more difficult to walk back from the tiny islet. The walk is short with strong waves. Water is warm.

This used to be a quiet and sleepy village with a tourist off-season. Now, it is bustling and packed with tourist signage, restaurants, and shops and seems more crowded. This hotel has a restaurant in the back right on the beach. The food is ok with tourist prices (you can walk down just 100 meters to a great restaurant) but the setting is fantastic. Beware, the path from the street/front of hotel/restaurant goes right past the rooms in a little hallway. Get a room on the 2nd floor if possible. The rooms are ok and nothing to rave about. It can feel claustrophobic since the only tiny window opens directly to a cement wall and you'd keep the main entrance/sliding doors closed and covered for privacy. It is very dark at night.

We arrived late evening and get our room easily.This was the room for 4 people with two big beds and nice furniture.The toilet and shower room was spacious and clean .it was a big fridge at the room.next day we asked about to check out later 1,5 hour and reception lady give us later check out for f4ee.

Great location, 5 minutes walk to the beach, great restaurants, coffee shops and bars all around. I prefer this location which has two pools over any other hotel in Naiyang.

房間不大，但是很乾凈，有一扇小窗，洗澡水温度和空調温度都很合適，離海灘非常近，出門左轉就是海灘，附近餐廳、小吃也很多，對面是便利店，買東西很方便，酒店工作人員很熱情，積極幫忙解答我們的問題，推薦入住

Удачный вариант на несколько ночей. В номере чисто, есть все необходимое. Администратор доброжелателен и отзывчив. Большой плюс этого номера- ты живешь практически на берегу море. Немного разочаровало отсутствие окна.

Мы останавливались всего на одну ночь, но остались довольны.

Останавливались на неделю в Семейном люксе. Отель находится на пляже, балкон с видом на море. Чисто, тихо, немного раздражало постоянное курение соседей, все запахи тянуло в наш номер. Сервис ненавязчивый. Расположение отличное - около отеля много доступных кафе, есть макашницы, напротив Family mart. Нам все понравилось, рекомендуем именно номер люкс, остальные номера меньше и без балкона.

①環境很不安全，酒店房間與馬路中間沒有門，任何人都可以進到酒店來，房間的門是透明的玻璃門。一晚上都不敢睡着，生怕有小偷砸門進來。②服務也很差，説話沒笑容。③早餐吃不成，千萬不要訂含早餐的。 不過，有一點好，確實在海邊，睡在床上可以聽到海浪聲。

Inte direkt att rekommendera. Familjen flintasängar, stenhårda så in i h-e! Gick knappt att sova trots många Shinga i blodet. Nä, välj ett annat boende o känn på sängarna först innan incheckning!
