This home in the heart of Kamala offers a great set of amenities for all travellers.
The gated secured estate has parking, gym and children's playground.
A large swimming pool with deck and sun loungers by the side. There is a kid's pool and a spa pool for up to 12 people.
The kid's playground is ideal to entertain.
On the ground floor the house is open plan living with a large living room with TV and DVD, dining table and a large european style kitchen. In the back a small laundry room is perfect for long stays. On the ground floor there is a desk and a toilet.
On the first floor the master bedroom is ensuite with AC and a king size bed.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed and ensuite shower facilities.
On the third floor a large bedroom has a queen, this bedroom is ensuite as well and has terrace access.
The terrace has a seating set for outdoor dining.
Electric usage 30 kw/day is included, extra will be charged at cost 7 baht per unit. Water usage is included.
Cleaning is not included, price is THB 1800 per cleaning. Please book your cleaning 48 hours in advance.
