De ødelagde vores bryllupsrejse. Beskidt hotel, uvenligt personale og meget gamle værelser. Da jeg fortalte dem, at mit værelse var beskidt, kom de ind og sagde, at det var vores hotellers farver. Det er bare ulækkert, hold dig væk fra det.

Location is good. Hotel lobby, pool, breakfast are all good. Room is quiet but very old, bathroom Is leaking. Bed is uncomfortable. Towels are very old and frayed. Distance is close to malls. There is also a bus stop nearby, u can take the Patong SMART bus to Karon/ Rawa/ Kata beach at B100 per ride.

Hotel is conveniently located near the main shopping strip with the mall about 5 min walk away. Lots of food places and massage parlours. Hotel is old but has its charm. 2 pools available one on level 1 and the other on higher floor. Hotel Room is big with a balcony but dim. Would be better if the lights are brighter or add more lights. Bathroom is very small and water floods during shower as the drainage is not good. Only basic amenities.

Ideal location for the hustle and bustle but neatly tucked away from the main road  Good pool area and really enjoyed the breakfast part of which was a scrumptious hotel speciality cold drinks section

The staff is very friendly and the location is good. But the cleaning could be improved. Very friendly, gave me a cake for my birthday, thank you

location is very central but you don’t hear any noises from bangla road at night.  Staff is very friendly and rooms are clean and modern.  This was my second stay there and i would do it all over again

Hotel staff were very helpful. The Superior room was pretty decent. The breakfast was beautiful.

Toilet got stain a bit but service is very good. Pool is big and nice. Breakfast have variety choices. I would give 5 out of 5 if the toilet a bit cleaner. Overall is 4 out of 5.

The Paton heritage hotel in Phuket in Phuket Thailand was very nice hotel. The breakfast was outstanding. Superb and amazing. However, the rooms were very dusty. The pillows had mold on them and the swimming pool was closed when I went there. The hotel seems to be undergoing a renovation. The lobby is very spacious and so are the rooms. I do recommend this hotel once it's completed. It's renovations will be an amazing place.

Would love to come back again to the same hotel, all and all fantastic staff so great, breakfast buffet amazing, just one thing was not so good at all is staying next to Indian people on the same levels Apart from that! Loved everything about this hotel, thanks to you all.

That hotel is really awesome, and the receptionist and room service are all so friendly and impeccable. Couples or families with friends can stay at that hotel, which is highly recommended because everything is nearby and within walking distance. You can get everything you want there in Patong. Last but not least, their daily breakfast menu is really awesome.

It was a convenient stat. The staff was very helpful. Only con is you can not find sea towel everyday however it is just a small setback. Would defo come again
