The receptionist is not happy working there. Who knows why, but she is not helping this place and the paying guests. Maybe the hospitality job in the tourism industry is not for everyone. She represents.Thailand and Phuket and she is an example of people who should not be at her job with her attitude problem.

Very convenient hotel if you have to take a flight next morning or if you arrive late to Phuket. 

If you need to stay for one night, its a good place to stay. Nearby with airport and shop

Good to stay before departure, near the airport about 10 to 15 minutes walk, don't have to worry about booking a taxi. Wifi no good. There is a nice small swimming pool.

The hotel was very peaceful with a wonderful small swimming pool and a few parking spaces which was very handy as I had a hire car.

Clean and great location.

It's a so-so motel reasonably close to the airport (a longer walk or short scooter ride). Nothing fancy, but does the job.

This is a basic hotel to put your head for the night. It's about 20 minutes walk from the little beach, and about 10 minutes for the airport. Really nothing special, but if you've got an early flight or something then it's an option. Shower pressure is bad though.

Do not book this for a holiday, but very convenient if you're on the way from point A to B and need a place by the highway to stay. It's very far from Windsor's entertainment districts such as Downtown/Walkerville/Amherstburg/Sandwich but certainly well-situated if you're not interested in the entertainment/historic value behind "Sin City" and the first battlefields against the USA (there's more beauty to Windsor than meets the eye). This hotel is rather located right along the national highway route between Canada & the USA. The entire area is full of stores catered towards truckers & long-distance drivers such as fast food restaurants, money exchanges, gas stations, etc. The hotel itself is spacious and clean. Staff are very friendly & helpful. Breakfast these days does get restocked around the halfway point of the morning. Beds are comfortable. Again, it's far from the tourism of the city but at the center of highways for easy commute. Very safe area too.

Pros: walking distance from airport, near 711 and restaurants, cheap, comfortable bed, good air con, good WIFI. cons: the balcony door didnt look and it was climbable, so no security in room and no safe. No tv. No blackout. Strange smell in room. looks out to carpark, pool is a don't bother. I guess if one wants the cheapest airconditioned private room with private bathroom, then i guess its ok for an overnighter, if one is extremely budget conscious. It certainly doesnt meet my minimum requirements and i expected from the advert that it would, so not recommended.
