Had booked 2 rooms for 2 adults and 1 kid per room. When we reached, they said we only booked for 2 adults and need to top up for both kids. When shown the booking on Trip.com, they said the agency that booked with them didn't inform them. Got stuck at the lobby for 30mins. No sincere customer service. To them, no money no talk... Horrible service driven only by dollar sign. In the end, i topped up and Trip.com agreed to cover half of the cost. Luckily, the room is nice with access to the pool. Walking distance to many places. Avoid if you're looking for hotel with sincere service.
