The location is good. Waliking distance to the Pating beach, Malin night market and other shopping centres.. Breakfast wise not much variety for me to eat. But its quite uiet and peaceful. Not nuch of disturbance Overall it is still great for us.

The location is great but unfortunately no maintenance, no rules in the pool, bad customer service and nearly non existent bar and restaurant service. The Hotel is in urgent need of a revamp or just some good maintenance. The Cleaning staff were very friendly. We stayed there twice before and were disappointed to see it deteriorated in such a way. With so many other options in the same price range, we won't be staying there for a forth time.

Location is a very good. Room is big. Cleaning is always incomplete. Our children liked the access to the pool from their room. The reception does its job poorly. They took 300 baht from me, saying they couldn't find the card in the room.

This is a very cozy and relax place. The room is spacious with a huge bath tub! Water pressure is just nice too! Pool is fantastic! Staffs are helpful and friendly as well! There r numbers of foodies and convenient store nearby! Just a minutes to Patong beach... 10min walk to Patong Central... Overall, highly recommend for this resort!

Overall experience was ok. The facilities were clean and well-kept. Had a bit of an issue with the front desk and the help received from the receptionist was a bit substandard
