Many of our staff have been with us for 20 years or more, including those in the restaurant, and I’m pleased that their commitment is noticeable . You booked a 4-night stay with breakfast, while your partner opted for the Wellness Escape program. It’s wonderful to hear that you both had a great time and that your overall experience wasn't tarnished by the minor issue with the pillow. It seems you were more interested in testing our service rather than actually needing another pillow, correct? I would like to clarify how TripAdvisor reviews work. On TripAdvisor, guests rate hotels and resorts, not individual staff members. Given that your general experience was positive, a rating of 5 bubbles would be more reflective than 2 bubbles. Additionally, mentioning one staff member by name in a negative context and indicating that you would update readers with more news while still at the resort shows a misunderstanding of TripAdvisor’s purpose, which is not a news site or live blog. To address your concern about the pillow request made late at night: discussing such requests with the team during the day is usually more efficient. However, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by Poohpae, a new team member. The pillow card was a recent addition to the resorts service and Poohpae was not fully informed by management, for which we apologize. We must, however, refute your claim that Poohpae was impolite or made excuses. She simply explained that she was unaware of the pillow availability and that housekeeping was closed, so the request would be addressed the following day. This situation did not adversely affect your overall experience or our service. We are continually improving our services and have plans to expand our range of pillows and blankets to ensure that this additional free service meets our guests' expectations perfectly in the future . As the owner of the resort, I feel your review is highly unfair and inaccurate, and I kindly ask you to consider revising or deleting it. Thank you very much.

Everything sounds very positive , the room, the comfortable beds, the amenities, the attentive and pleasant staff. We are also happy that you enjoyed the ‍♂️ yoga sessions and rated our teachers as great . Pure Yoga in this case means, the only package inclusions are the meals and the daily yoga, whereas our other packages include various other items, such as spa treatments. Pure Yoga is our entry level package and allows an enjoyable time at the resort with all meals and yoga twice a day. The level of the lessons depends a bit on the guests, obviously. For those who wish more yoga classes or more advanced ones, please contact our reception or spa team for an individual arrangement.
