Dejligt hotel med udsigt over stranden og havet. Svømmehallen er også fantastisk at dykke ned i med de varme temperaturer.

Værelset er rent, receptionisten er god, men morgenmaden har ikke mange muligheder. Praktisk at gå til havet, tager omkring 5 minutter.

Imponerende i starten Indtjekning er blevet opgraderet til et værelse med havudsigt, men jeg keder mig under morgenmaden. Der er asiatiske tour grupper ned. Maden løb tør, ingen kom for at fylde den op. Servicepersonalet kommer for sent. Venter på mad i lang tid, kan ikke holde det ud

Jeg anbefaler virkelig at blive her, lydisoleringen er meget god, der vil være varmt vand, når du tænder for det, vandtrykket i brusehovedet er også tilstrækkeligt, rengøringspersonalet renser det meget godt, hver gang du åbner døren, du føler dig hjemme, og lobbypersonalet er også meget venligt.

Godt hotel. Rummelige værelser. Den står på et bjerg, hvilket gør nedstigningen lidt svær. 5 minutter til havet.

Her går vi sammen i tre nætter. Skift håndklædet til gæsten én gang, 1 stykke, meget forvirret, eller kluden er stadig ren, så skift ikke. ellers godt

Amazing stay in the lovely hotel. The room with the city view and pool was a great choice. The location is perfect , close to the beach. Breakfast tasty . 10/10

Everything was wonderful. The hotel room was spacious and clean, and the staff were enthusiastic. It only took about 5 minutes to walk to the beach. The surrounding area was lively with plenty of restaurants and food stalls. We traveled with young children, so a room with a pool was very suitable.

I had a wonderful stay at Sugar Palm Grand Hillside. The room was spacious and came with a huge bathroom and balcony. It has a lovely pool as well. The location was also great, close to Kata Beach. I would stay here again.

Firstly it was one of best experiences in Phuket. Staff was friendly. But they have not much information about public transportation. Breakfast was really good that has wide range of choices. Room was comfortable and cozy.

Great hotel by the sea. Is mountain side hotel. Room was booked with access to the pool. Room was big and comes with bath tub. Nearby to Kata Beach for the sea activities, chilling and street food. Convenience stalls, restaurants, tour bookings, Kata street market food and etc are plentiful at the area. Just outside hotel is a massage shop conveniently located.

The location of the hotel is very close to kata beach couple blocks walking 8-10 min The room is huge and clean . We only experienced that our room was located in the 9 floor we had to take 2 elevators and climb stairs up which wasn’t fun at all and 2 days the first elevator was broken so we need to ask for a card service from the hotel to take us to the room . Other than the location of the room we have nothing else to mention that we consider a disadvantage. The swimming pool was nice , hotel has a great view of kata beach

Well, the hotel looks worn out but they what they can to keep it on track. I specifically booked the room with jacuzzi but unfortunately 4 out of 6 nozzles did NOT work and we had an issue with the plug as well. So, it can be a good idea not to pay for the room with jacuzzi and save your money. Swimming pool is ok just like their breakfast “a la carte”. They have a big refrigerator and nice sea view, please see attached.

Great location, close to all the bars, restaurants and shops. Beautiful pools Very nice barman Good food at the restaurant And the staff was very helpful A bit of an uphill walk to get there but not too bad
