Great service, staffs were very friendly and i feedback about the bidet that was leaking w water and the guy came to repair so quickly! The breakfast was good and the view was great too

Not bad hotel . Best thing of this hotel - you have your own beach , just people from hotel . No massage sellers , no coconut sellers , no food sellers . Minus it is you can not walk in hotel , all your moving by buggy . Sometimes you wait buggy long time . Restaurants in hotel just for not stay hungry , no special food . Don't have good wine . So if you want stay in quite atmosphere it is good choice .

I didn't read any reviews before booking this hotel which I in hindsight probably should have. The resort is beautifully designed but a lot of parts seem like they have not been renovated for a long time. My initial hotel room was located very close to the restaurant and beach area. The location of the room was great which is probably the reason why the hotel gave me the room in the first place. However, it must be one of the most frequented rooms from what the interior looked like. From the wooden floors to the living room table, the wooden wardrobes and black tiles. Everything was either scratched, lost parts of the paint or told other stories of heavy usage. Even the shower handle was loose. Which is just not what you expect when you book a hotel in this price range that is a member of design hotels. That being said, when I reached out to reception to discuss the room, a member of the staff arrived within 10 minutes to show me around the resort, so I could take a look at other rooms. I ended up upgrading myself (with a very special deal that the hotel offered) into a superior room category and had the best stay after. The staff was very attentive and helpful in any situation and clearly did their best to make up for some flaws. I enjoyed meals in both restaurants, room service, I worked out in the gym, attended activity classes and had some spa treatments. All to my complete satisfaction. I wished I had checked into my second room right away because if I did, my overall experience would have been a lot different. Thanks again to all of the staff, you're doing an amazing job.

Overall a great hotel with superb view. As advertised, tranquility is what you get here. Although the villa may be dated, but is still considered well maintained. Service is good as well. a few downsides are - buggy might be slow, waited 20 minutes before pickup - breakfast with wide selections, but taste might be subpar - no universal power ports, and no adapters to borrow. This was quite disappointing as other hotels I stayed before here provides either one. - internet speed is considered slow, sometimes the tv unwatchable

Pros: Checked into a one bedroom villa with three kids, not all hotels allow this. Quite spacious villa (beachfront pool villa). Large pool. Large area of the villa itself. Fresh enough furniture and repairs. Large pool at the restaurant. Few people. Good beach. Convenient app for communication with staff, ordering food, calling a buggy. Cons Breakfasts - modest assortment, mock juices, extremely strange for five stars in Thailand. A spider climbed into the hotel, quite large, accidentally discovered at night. At the villa the sunbeds and cabana in bird droppings. The loungers on the beach are cheap and uncomfortable. There is no service in the common area, they don't even offer a bottle of water. We had a wonderful stay in their beach front villa. The staff and service was impeccable and the buffet breakfast was one of the best we have experienced. The infinity pools and beatuful grounds overlook a prestine private beach. Looking forward to staying at the Naka again.

Our stay was exceptional, starting with a complimentary upgrade to a high bay room, offering stunning views. The hotel’s architecture is breathtaking, and every facility exceeded our expectations, from the fully equipped gym with free classes like beginner-friendly yoga led by the fantastic instructor Tom, to the delicious breakfast spread. The pool and private beach access provided a serene haven. At night, the 360-view at Meka Bar was a highlight, offering breathtaking panoramas. There’s no need to leave the hotel for a perfect holiday experience. Will definitely come back for a longer stay. Highly recommend for a luxurious and relaxing stay.
