The hotel was fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Phuket

This is a very service oriented, typical Thai hospitality type of theme hotel. Great service woth the stated amenities and offering. However the room condition is abit old need upgrading and the choice of food at the breakfast noy live up to the resort name and atandard

Free upgrade a better pool vila very nice The facility in the pool vila is very nice,it has a huge pool and dinning room. The water park is not so big, but it is already enough for us It is also near the airport and the beach We will choose to stay again

Room is big but very basic, restaurant food is is not so good, spa is expensive for this grade of hotel, water park is old, the best is location to airport. a bit disappoint as the price is not very cheap, I rather pay more to stay a better hotel which is nearby

Great location. Service is good enough worth for money. Stuffs are so friendly. There are 2 kind of pool beach pool, indoor pool. Beautiful environment. Only cons is there is no hair dryer in room.

Very near to airport, with a water park inside. Quite peaceful place however need to use the buggy if your hotel unit is far from the lobby. Breakfast: average but can be better with variety. Splash waterpark: was okay but kept playing same songs. The location is quite far from the main attractions and night markets, so it depends on what you looking for.

The service is good,suitable for families with children,the food there is normal,hope can improve!

Had a great trip and enjoyed watching the planes land at the airport. Hotel staff at the reception was extremely helpful and accomodating.

Front desk: first we checked in everything was great but hotter around area at the Lobby. Concierge: was helpful, bit if bellboy are nasty not good of service mine.( shall improve by FO) F&B: breakfast was cool shall have a machine for a coffee (5star hotel) Splash water park: was OK but not excellent Location: it there quite a pretty good located easy to walk out right front of the hotel and fine something to eat and buy some cheaper from local grocery local food,there is plenty of restaurants too. (Inside around the hotel it pretty Huge so need a buggy car lol) Overall it's ok worth of money what I spend it for. It's a gem when we checked out!! Deffo! GSA

The hotel is under renovation, the infinite pool is closed, the beach is very dirty, the rooms and the general conditions of the hotel are deteriorating, its a shame that this hotel is in this conditions, is better to choose another hotel.

Checked in for a really quick stay, meeting a friend from the airport. Highlights: - Beautiful villa - Friendly staff - Location right on the beach, with restaurants, massage, convenience store & pharmacy all within easy reach of the hotel entrance - Close to the airport - Entrance to waterpark included - Buggies made getting around the property really easy Could be improved: - Had real trouble with the locks on our patio doors not easily locking/unlocking - Room photos showed a bath, but when we arrived there were 2 showers & no bath in our villa Overall: A lovely hotel with friendly & helpful staff in a good location. I’d stay here again. ☺️

Beautiful resort, the residences are the best options for family. They are more modern. Breakfast is chaotic in the morning if you don't go early. Staff at the front desk is very nice, and the restaurant.

So much fun in the water park , but the hotel is quite old , room is so dirty, I can find a potato chips on the floor
