Excellent location, 2-3 mins walking distance to patong night market.

The location was perfect!! The view from the pool was amazing. The room however felt old and small. The light is the bathroom was very dim. The location made up for everything though.

Pros- The guest services at this hotel were wonderful. I arrived amidst the NYE chaos, and was welcomed with a cool, jasmine scented towel and crisp, cold water, which I definitely appreciated. Everyone was kind and helpful, the rooms are cleaned super efficiently and thoroughly, and the hall floors were so sparkling clean I swear I could use them as a mirror to reapply my lipstick. The bed was large and comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. The rooftop pool was a sweet oasis with a gorgeous view of the beach with a bar for all of your beverage needs.  Cons- the location is extremely loud, directly in the middle of the party. If you’re under 30, or if you don’t have any trouble falling asleep behind the DJ booth at a rave, you’ll be right at home. The beach club next door starts bumping at 2pm and doesn’t stop until around 3-4 am. No kidding. Not to mention the street noise from the street- tuk-tuks with a full-on club in the back, honking, yelling and loud drunken conversations. It’s all very jovial, but extremely noisy.  I wore noise cancellation headphones every night. But it’s right across the street from the beach, near several night markets, and you are only a whisper away from every kind of transit you could possibly need.  Overall, this place is well worth the money if you’re looking for a clean, central location as a jumping off point for your adventures, and don’t mind a little chaos or sleeping with earplugs.

I stayed for 3 nights. The location is very close to Patong Beach and Walking Street in Phuket, but it can be quite noisy and busy at night. Overall, the location isn't bad. The hotel staff are really nice and helpful. However, when I arrived, the room I was given had a terrible smell, reminiscent of an old room, and I couldn't quite describe it. I reported this to the front desk, and they gave me a new room, which was better than the previous one, but it still had a smell. On a positive note, the cleaning staff were very friendly and did a great job. I believe the unpleasant smell is an issue with the rooms.

Central location (right in front of Patong beach and a few steps from Bangla road), friendly staff, modern and clean rooms, we also liked the rooftop pool with the great view. However the standard room is a bit small, same about the balcony, and the hot water in the shower come and go sometimes which can be annoying a bit. Except for these, it’s a really nice value-for-money hotel :)

Don't get me wrong, but I was really surprised by this hotel, given its prime location in the heart of Patong, where all the action is. Check-in was smooth, and I had booked a partial sea view room (highly recommend, as other rooms face nearby buildings). The room itself was modern with a comfortable bed, great shower, and strong water pressure.   The downsides? The balcony was quite small—but let’s be honest, who comes to Patong to sit on a balcony? Also, the duvet cover wasn’t properly secured and felt a bit unhygienic, so I had to tie it myself.   Since the hotel is right next to Bangla Street, it’s not the best choice if you're looking for peace and quiet. That said, the noise didn’t bother me too much, It’s mostly loud music coming from passingtrucks, and general street activity. Keeping the AC on full blast helped drown out most of the noise.   What I loved most was the location, just a short walk to the beach, shopping streets, and Bangla Street. Plus, there are some fantastic seaside restaurants nearby!

Really clean lovely aircon friendly staff. Small gym had aircon too with a nice rooftop pool and bar area. Very near beach. Hotels provided towels for us to use at the beach. Outside tap also to wash away sand from feet. Thank you.

A hotel that is surrounded by other hotels, meaning you have almost no view. From the window we could see the balconies of the hotel next door. You could almost shake hands across the balcony. There was a lot of humidity in the room, which even the air conditioning couldn't handle. The rooftop pool is nice, but there are few sunbeds. The rooftop bar offers good prices, but unfortunately no food can be ordered. The hotel does not have a restaurant. Breakfast is served in the café next door, but it is of a high standard, even for the price.

Great location. Lovely service. Breakfast is at The Coffee Club beside the hotel. It was my partner's birthday and we had a housekeeping surprise. Sweet gesture really. Will definitely stay here again.

Good location, close to the centre, walking cross the road to Patong beach. Clean but room is sewage smelly when we walk in. Doesn’t really have a gym, open only from at 8AM. Rooftop pool is nice with good sunset view but water has too much chemicals. Great staff, very friendly and helpful.

A fun and great stay near Patong beach! The hotel was not small . It was just nice for a 1-2 days stay
