Everything was great. The staff was very nice, the room was bright, spacious and clean and the food was delicious. They offer a free shuttle to and from the beach but only a drop off at boat avenue (shopping and food area nearby). My only suggestion would be, add a pick up at boat avenue. Younger guest, as I, don’t mind the walk back but elder guest might appreciate that easy pick up without having to pay for a taxi or grab.

The hotel is heavily tired. It probably was good once it has been built but now it doesn't look as good as shown in the photos. Our first room (1-3 photos) was a disaster. It had a door to the next room and there was a strong kind-of-sigarette smell coming through the door gap. It was impossible to stay there. And it also had hair all over the floor and the dirty spots almost everywhere. I had to ask for another room (4-9 photos). It didn't have that smell and was a little cleaner but not perfect as you can see on the photos. I also disliked both of the rooftop pools despite the fact that I am totally a pool guy and in some hotels I was the only one spending the whole time in a pool. They doesn't look that beautiful in real life with dirty tiles. Anyway the employees are kind and helpfull. The location is perfect if you don't mind walking - it takes 10-15 minutes to reach the beach or 5-10 minutes to reach the shopping area. The breakfast is 8/10 and lacked of plain and simple proteins like sausages in a few days. As a result, don't expect too much from the hotel. Maybe it used to be premium quality but now it's 6/10 at max.

Pho and shief its very good people, because they interesting sityation how inside hotel, for example question the client has "how are you?", so it is outside they have plan renovation how better quality in live hotel, good luck Pho and shief in their pathof life

The hotel is very comfort and clean. BFF also good and having more food. The staff is very nice to serve you.

The shuttle bus service is good but the room smelt mouldy. The chair got mouldy!

Room is nice and clean. Breakfast was great. Good service. Good location.

The hotel was very nice, nothing less than expected for a Hilton, the service was immaculate as always. The room service was very nice also, most of the days we ordered a room service since the price was good and the food was also tasty. The only downside for us was that we had to rent a moto for everyday of our stay since it's a little bit far from the beach (5 min by moto). As per the facilities and cleanliness, everything was top notch.

Hilton garden inn Phuket located about 5 minutes walks to Bang Tao Beach,location is convenient too near to the Boat Avenue(10 minutes walks)where can shop and lots of restaurants nearby .hotel is very clean,staffs are helpful and polite.Check in is fast and they do upgrade me to deluxe room.Thank you.bed is comfortable,room is big .swimming pool is clean,can view beautiful sunset.Breakfast is good,more choices and staffs in kitchen/dining hall are attentive.will stay again if come to Phuket again.

Unfortunately even if it wasn’t busy on my check-in nobody told me about swimming pool ecc.  the area isn’t too nice to stay for long time … on reception desk only on the day of my check-out one lady was nice….  Cleaning service is every day, but my shower on the second day wasn’t  cleaned properly  And … would be nice if on the check out the reception staff could say goodbye and have a good trip  At the entrance in the morning - before asking my room number maybe it’s nice to say “good morning”. And it is not about a knowing language, but abput of a simple  smile to your customer , to be nice, to be welcomed…. P.S. even if they were nice and they up-graded my room😀

Very nice hotel with good service, highly recommended.

Well located for Bang Tao area. Easy reach of the beach and local restaurants and entertainments. Comfy clean room. Nice gym. Lovely roof top pool. Good breakfast buffet and pool Side food. Bar staff were friendly but inexperienced. I would stay here again .
