I came to Phuket Cleanse because of the rave reviews, and I’ll be returning for the incredibly life-changing experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and cared for — like part of a family. The love and dedication of Melanie and Stanton are evident in everything they do, making each guest’s experience truly personal and fulfilling. I arrived depleted, needing a reset for my mind, body, and soul, and Phuket Cleanse delivered in every way. The food is not only healthy and nutritious but shared with guests from all over the world, all striving to be the best versions of themselves. The trainers, wellness experts, and staff, from housekeeping to the kitchen, all contributed to bringing out the highest version of me. The experience was mind-blowing — from the breathwork that expanded my consciousness to the physical challenges and healing therapies, everything worked together to restore and rejuvenate me. I came solo but left with deep, meaningful relationships. This place is so much more than a wellness retreat; it’s a transformative journey for the mind, body, and soul. This was my 5th visit to Phuket Cleanse. There is truly no place on earth like this. I come to replenish myself and leave on a whole new trajectory of life thanks to the rich classes based on self-development. The team will go above and beyond to understand why you are there and to meet your expectations and more ++++ From a physical standpoint, the variety is enormous …hiking, ice-bathing, HIIT training, yoga, the list goes on and on. PC is a true place of abundance, like the Club Med of health retreats. Once you pay for your stay, there is nothing left to worry about upon arrival, I find that stress free staying. Don’t bother considering anywhere else, just come directly to Phuket Cleanse, you will never be disappointed.

I have been going to PC for the last 3 years in a row .. I have lost over 44 pounds and kept the weight off with the lifestyle changes that we changed and reinforced during each trip.. Led by Stanton & Melanie, Athis duo assisted me by focusing on different aspects of my life .. I now exercise daily and eat smarter .. The entire PC experience was outstanding ! And I will be back !

I don’t know where to start - I’ve had the most fabulous week at Phuket Cleanse. I have attended so many different and fantastic workshops, an amazing variety of classes- Yoga was unfamiliar to me and who knew you could do it so many ways ‍♀️ IMD breathwork mediation, sound therapy, early morning hikes, painting, cooking classes, plenty of recovery in ice baths, red light therapy, massage, compression - the list goes on and every session exceeded my expectations. The food has been incredible (hence why I only opted for 1 day of the juice cleanse ) but my favourite is always the people I meet- I am grateful to have been in the company of so many inspiring people. They cannot do enough for you at Phuket Cleanse and nowhere else compares. PC is incredibly flexible. My room was amazing and the laundry service as an extra bonus means I return home with a case of clean clothes! I am so grateful for this past week. I also managed to do a couple of excursions on the island during my stay ❤️

This is a magical place that I always go to, to refill my cup. After more than 10 years of visiting I’m still always pleasantly surprised. If you want cutting edge health hacks, a strong sense of community, incredible food, a bit of science back health and wellness protocols as well as some magical pixie dust then this place will delight you.
