Hospitality at its finest. The efforts and hearts of every single staff member at the hotel, from the security guards and reception staff to the kitchen crew, made us feel so welcome every time. The breakfast spread was wide and delicious, and I loved the ice cream counter! Your chef(s) made an eggcellent Benedict! The room was clean and spacious, with beautiful interior design. I also loved the tub, as the water was hot and filled up quickly!

A good hotel, located within easy reach of central Patong. We stayed here as a family of three. We booked the Family Room, which has two bedrooms. The room was great, two bathrooms, really comfortable beds. The only issue we had with the room was that we found it a bit noisy. I think initially we were unlucky with particularly noisy neighbours, but we could hear people walking past our room very clearly - nothing major, but a good soundproof door would help. Pool was lovely, it does have limited beds, but there was only one day during our stay they were all taken. The Kids Club is small, but was never very busy - the lady there, Pang, was lovely and really good with our son. The majority of staff were very friendly, and greeted you with a smile. 3pm chocolate was a nice touch. I also read a few reviews about check-in being a bad experience - we arrived early in the morning and the staff checked us in quickly and were able to get our room ready for us before the official check-in time - thank you. After a long flight, that was very much appreciated.

The hotel location was good and the service overall was good too. My partner and I really enjoyed the breakfast menu and especially the fresh juice section plus the daily chocolate hour. The rooms are great and the beds were very comfortable.

Great stay at this wonderful luxury hotel. The stuff is very helpful and polite and always willing to help and support. I asked for a high floor hotel in order to have less noise from the pool and better inside view. The hotel is about 15-20 mins walking from the center of Pattong Beach, in a less noisy and busy area. Two 7-11 stores are near and also good quality places to eat and have a drink or do your laundry. The bed mattress is superb, and so are the pillows and the sheets. The bathroom is large enough and clean with everything you will need. Balcony is not that big but very useful if you are a smoker. Breakfast has a good variety of food, and stuff is always near if you need something. At 3 pm every day, there is a free chocolate bar, and there is also happy hour at the bar of the pool. The pool is clean, and sunbeds are located under some palm trees, giving you extra shadow. I would definitely stay there again. If you guys like the location and feel good about the price, you will enjoy your stay there. It's a vfm choice

Great hotel in Phuket ! Amazing

Unfortunately, I experienced very bad service. The power circuit breaker in the room was disconnected late at night for a long time without any clear reason the issue was not addressed properly due to delays in the time and unprofessional handling by the employee's, also behavior was very bad and breakfast was very bad.

Aged hotel but overall still maintained quite well. Service, from front of house staff to cleaners, were all very friendly. Rooms were very spacious and even though the king bed is joined together by two beds, it's super comfy!!

Lovely swimming pool, great rooms and staff was super friendly. Location is quite central but away from the street buzz as it’s tucked away on a slope.

Although Expectations from Movenpick was slightly higher ! Overall a good experience !

Disappointing Experience - Would Not Return We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and 8 days, and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. On the first day, we discovered a cockroach in the bathroom, which we immediately reported to the reception. However, to our surprise, no one came to address the issue or even follow up. This lack of concern was very disappointing. Additionally, during our stay, we ran out of shower gel and had to repeatedly ask for replacements. Despite this being something that should have been noticed by the housekeeping staff, we had to request shower gel 2-3 times before it was provided. The breakfast served daily was basic and monotonous, with no variety or anything particularly special to look forward to. The same limited options were available every morning, which made the experience less enjoyable. Another issue was the communication with the ground staff. They seemed to struggle with basic English, which made even simple requests challenging to address. Overall, we were very disappointed with our stay. For these reasons, we will not be returning to this hotel in the future.

The hotel is like a palace, great experience. The room, the balcony, the pool, location, all perfect. Also the bar in the lobby has awesome coffe specials. I recommend Vietnamese egg coffe. If I must complain about something, it would be the size of the hotel. For the lobby door to room door it took me 7,8 minutes of walking. But ok, it was a nice workout hahah.

Very disappointed experience, totally not graded as luxury hotel. I booked for 4 days 3 night. First of all, nobody helped you for the luggage, you will be expected to your luggage to climb all the stairs. Once we entered the room and check the water, we found all water are yellowish, rusty kind of colour. We called for help, after waited for 20 minutes still had nobody come for checking. So I walked down to the front desk and request for another room. After awhile, they arrange a new room, however that room has no towel at all, we have to call again and ask for a full set of towel. The second day, there's still missing towel, only one. Very annoying and disappointing. If you're a smoker, you would love this hotel, because once you walked at the balcony, you will smell cigarette smell everywhere, people smoke at the pool side as well. Last but not least, we wrote an email to complaint about all the unpleasant experience, and poor amenities, the Front Office Manager Thanapon Srisuk offered us a compensation, guess what that is, a late checkout from 3pm to 4pm. OMG, what a sincere offer, this is ridiculous because, my flight is at 2:30pm, what would I need that late checkout, this Front Desk Manager didn't even ask what was my flight. Well I will never visit this hotel and not to mention the GM of this hotel was used to be at Michelin restaurant and what a poor management. NEVER NEVER visit this group again. Bonus: we accidentally met other guest from this hotel, they also had other issue, broken fridge etc. DO NOT ATTRACTED BY THE IMAGE. You can still walk at the lobby take few pictures without living there.

Pros for a family with three children: Family suite with one king and two queen beds. Very comfortable bed, after Noka Phuket, the surin, the most comfortable bed. Air conditioning working properly, could sleep without turning it on and off to avoid getting sick. Before that everyone was sweating all night because the air conditioner was blowing on the bed when it was off. Breakfasts: not bad, but juices are bagged. From 15-16 chocolate hour, but I do not understand why tea dilmah from a bag, you could have brewed tea. Pool did not swim, as we stopped in this hotel because of the store seven eleven. Hair spa - went with my daughter - very pleasant procedure. Cons: In room 4401 in the second bedroom curtains were full of dust, if you are allergic to dust - you will be choking and coughing all night. The floor was dirty - I always go barefoot, my feet were dirty. The finishes of the room doors and cabinets were as if assembled in Ikea, all very cheap. Noise insulation is very poor. Minibar was empty - no deposit upon check-
