Very disappointed experience, totally not graded as luxury hotel. I booked for 4 days 3 night.
First of all, nobody helped you for the luggage, you will be expected to your luggage to climb all the stairs.
Once we entered the room and check the water, we found all water are yellowish, rusty kind of colour. We called for help, after waited for 20 minutes still had nobody come for checking. So I walked down to the front desk and request for another room. After awhile, they arrange a new room, however that room has no towel at all, we have to call again and ask for a full set of towel. The second day, there's still missing towel, only one. Very annoying and disappointing.
If you're a smoker, you would love this hotel, because once you walked at the balcony, you will smell cigarette smell everywhere, people smoke at the pool side as well.
Last but not least, we wrote an email to complaint about all the unpleasant experience, and poor amenities, the Front Office Manager Thanapon Srisuk offered us a compensation, guess what that is, a late checkout from 3pm to 4pm. OMG, what a sincere offer, this is ridiculous because, my flight is at 2:30pm, what would I need that late checkout, this Front Desk Manager didn't even ask what was my flight. Well I will never visit this hotel and not to mention the GM of this hotel was used to be at Michelin restaurant and what a poor management. NEVER NEVER visit this group again.
Bonus: we accidentally met other guest from this hotel, they also had other issue, broken fridge etc.
DO NOT ATTRACTED BY THE IMAGE. You can still walk at the lobby take few pictures without living there.
