First time staying here. Gym has essential items, pool is small. Food wise is normal.

Breakfast wasn’t that much nice that we expected. But the room was clean. they charge the guest for everything even sleepers 😅. the location and its access to beach and … was good.

Все хорошо, все понравилось. На ресепшене была русскоговорящая хостел. Завтраки вкусные, большое разнообразие блюд. Мини бар дешевый и все есть.

Очень удобное расположение внутри города, хороший выбор на завтраках, уютные и свежие номера, современный крутой спортзал. В правилах написано, что за еду и напитки, купленные вне отеля и принесенные в отель, будет взиматься «пробковый сбор в размере 2000 THB. Нет сушилки и балкона, поэтому вещи сушить негде. Нельзя использовать холодильник, он только для мини-бара. Тапочки платные - 100 THB. Рядом с привычным чайным набором с чаем, кофе, сахаром и тд ставят 2 упаковки лапши быстрого приготовления без всяких ценников, в прейскуранте эта лапша не указана. При выселении за лапшу попросили заплатить.

不信邪定了他家，怪不得評論少，真的不推薦這個酒店房間沒有窗户，打不開就是照片這樣的打開嚇**😱床對着鏡子，然後房間還有另外的門，半夜會被吵得要死，一點也不值得，然後衞生間就是照片這樣，開着門擠的要死，性價比極低，不建議我們中國寶寶們定這家，標的四星不值得！！慎重選擇吧！住過的酒店裡麪最差的

去芭東醫院辦事，酒店地理位置很方便，前台有一名會中文的小姐姐很友好，態度超好👍早餐種類挺多，服務好👍性價比高，配置不錯，衞生很好，下次去還選🥳

Ks này rất tệ, dép mang trong phòng cũng tính tiền,ko để bàn chải đánh răng và lược,hỏi đến thì kêu tự mua.Nhờ lễ tân gọi dùm taxi thì nó kêu bên ks ko có dịch vụ đó,mình nói cho mình số taxi thì nó kêu ko biết số.Lần đầu tiên ở cái ks tệ đến như vậy

Had a wonderful lunch at woovo restaurant the food was amazing.. We had our food near the pool area amazing place and Nate was too good at her work she take all our orders and make wonderful mojito and banana smoothie was yummy her suggestion to food was top notch keep doing good work !!! Cheers and would love to visit again...

Excellent staff,good location. No, the surroundings are not that pretty but if you enjoy street life, as I do, then you won’t be sorry. Patong beach is not really pretty anywhere, even the beach, but it’s bursting with atmosphere and character. As for Woovo: Bars, laundry, 7-11 at the end of the road. Street food awesome. Pool is very narrow: more of a ditch but frankly I don’t care! Loved it; going back tomorrow.

We have stayed here a few times. All the staff are fantastic and accommodating. The young lady 'Ant' at reception gets the gold medal for friendliness and helpfulness. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Pool and dining area is pleasant. Cheapest room service/bar fridge prices I have ever seen in a hotel in lieu of competing with convenience stores nearby. Highly Recommend.

The hotel is really great in terms of cost benefit, the lobby, the corridors, the rooms, the bathroom - everything is renovated, clean and tidy - really excellent for those who are looking to spend the night in excellent Phuket. Pay attention when entering the room - document the inventory of drinks and snacks in the refrigerator in the room - they wanted to charge us for a can of drink that we didn't take at all, only after a short argument they decided to waive a charge that was not justified!

We wanted to stay close to Patong Beach, hence we booked this hotel for New Year's break. We loved our time here. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. The room allotted to us was nice and huge and with all amenities expected from a 3-4 star hotel room. The only thing I didn't like about this hotel is the pool was very small for a hotel of this size.
