Average is good but there’s only got one mirror in the bathroom and it is quite small. Very inconvenient for girls to put makeup on and the toilet got some smell. And the room also suddenly lost power but they sent us the breakfast to our room so it’s quite good.

The hotel is located in Rawai and very peaceful for couples who seek tranquillity. It was my husband virgin birthday trip to Thailand, and I picked the perfect location to unwind. Away from the buzzing life and yet easy amenities. Special requests made on trip.com were well executed during our welcoming arrival. Rent a car and drove ourselves to any location outside of Rawai with ease. Coming back to hotel and Staff are friendly and helpful. Cleanliness is excellent. Breakfast spread is limited yet accomadative to our request, and they did their best to cater. Pick the dome rooms and definite privacy and relaxation. Thank you to all staff, thai people are friendly and helpful, as stated in google.

This is NOT a 5-star hotel. The staff lost and/ or messed up my reservation and could not give me the room I wanted. They switched me to a different room which was not clean and had multiple spots of dirt and grease in the bathroom, fridge, balcony floor, and linens. The water pressure for the shower was very low and poor. In addition, there was construction going on outside which totally ruined the view from the balcony. I asked housekeeping for service and it was difficult to receive service. The staff was not friendly and spoke no or very little English. They wanted "more money" for any little extra service that is given to guests at any other hotel.

Service was good. Facilities and surrounding area was magnificent. Pool was very clean and i enjoyed staying here! Will come again soon

I will say this hotel is quite overrated. The price to us is expensive, 44xx HKD for two nights per room for 4. The location is not really good as it located in the forest which is far from every attractions. The room is spacious, but the toilet sucks. The flushing is not working, and the bad smell is trapped in the room. The room is very hot in the daytime, but we understand this is the limitation of a glamping hotel so... well. It is fine. I believe the normal room with cheaper price will be worthy. So, try not to book our type of room.

It was quiet and cozy room. We loved it. Then we agreed with husband next time to stay here in a villa. Only 1 minus: sockets are very poor and not working well.

I booked this to enjoy some quiet time working before I started my holiday unfortunately it wasn’t the best experience. The Hotel is nicely decorated but there are many problems the rooms were clean but the outside space wasn’t clean at all. I couldn’t use the pool for the first day and the seating areas upstairs were disgusting. The bathroom constantly smelt of sewage, especially right after you flush it.  the bathroom towels were old. I just didn’t use them. For the price of the room I don’t think it was good enough. I was excited to use the space outside working, but I was actually stuck to my room the entire time. I asked for a second room and they moved me. It’s a beautiful hotel, but currently they have some kind of refurbishment going on so there was a lot of construction and the noise was ridiculous. I don’t think it’s worth the price for the glamping. Just get the normal deluxe room. Thankfully, I booked another hotel and didn’t just stay at this one for my whole trip.

Great hotel if you wanna be near the beaches. It has nice breakfast too. Happy hour for drinks everyday. Convenient location. I enjoyed my stay and rebooked for the week.

Despite the friendly staff, this hotel's got a major problem - paper-thin walls! I heard EVERYTHING from next door, from chats to, ahem, bathroom business. Zero privacy.

A very new and nice villa, can enjoy private moments in the pool. But unfortunately there were constuctions/ renovation works close by, very noisy during day time starting from early morning

I had a wonderful stay as part of the long weekend. Check in was smooth and easy, rooms were really tidy and clean, and the breakfast had a good variety. I stayed in the villa so had direct pool access. We were the only ones there, so we had our own private pool, which was great to be able to cool off whenever we wanted. The hotel is a far out from other locations, but we rented a car (bikes are also able to be rented) and explored the island easily. Great stay.
