My stay at this hotel was incredibly nice 😊 . It was the best choice I’ve ever made cause It felt like home. The female receptionist (Au) was welcoming, nice and helpful. 💯 ✅The hotel is 3km away from old town ✅The beds are comfortable and soft ✅Check in is strictly 14:00 pm ✅The hotel has an elevator ✅You’ll need to pay 500 baht for the room and key deposit which will be refunded back to you after checking out ✅The hotel also assists with scooter rentals (from 400baht -800 baht per day , depending on the scooter model

We stayed at the hotel for 5 days and really enjoyed the time spent there. The room is very spacious and bright, freshly renovated, has a comfortable bed, good water pressure. The hotel itself is 10 minutes drive from the Old Town, the most convenient way is to rent a bike to move around the locations The manager and the hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. We can recommend this place for your comfortable trip.

Terrible experience since the check-in with unfriendly reception. The building of the accommodation is between 2 busy roads, so it’s super NOISY and feels like you live in the street. Book there if you want to have sleepless nights and meet the most unfriendly people of Thailand.

Our staff informed us that you have shown unfriendly behavior, even though we welcomed you in the normal way, same way with other guest. But you say "You so rude." to our staff. Even though they just asked you "How many people are staying?" How rude is that? Our staff asked like this!! You should also consider your behavior that day.Importantly, the hotel location, you have known in advance that the hotel was next to the road. Before you even make a reservation and before you pay, right?.Please note that You are the most unfriendly customer we have ever encountered. Please improve your behavior.HAPPY NEW YEAR :)

Had a great stay at Nam Naka, the service was great from all staff, and they were always there for support or help. The location was on a dual carriageway, so there was always the need to grab a taxi to move around. There was, however, a 7-Eleven nearby so very convenient. Overall my family enjoyed their stay in the busy high season and the price made it right.

Staff friendly. Clean. Convenient. We arrived at Phuket around 11pm. It was a transit hotel for my family. Next day we moved to a resort at kata beach.

Very nice Hotel. Very clean and the reception is amazing. She helped us the whole time. Area is a bit far away, but it's a quick 5 min drive to old town. Highly recommend!

Excellent hotel with spacious rooms, cleaning every day. You can rent a motorbike at the reception so can get every place in Phuket you want. Awesome administrator Au, always ready to help. We enjoyed our stay and even extended it.

The hotel was very clean and neat, great service. This is a great place for a quick 1 or 2 day stay or for long term,private and gives you what you paid for. Only thing is no tra or coffee amenities 😩. As for others the hotel is too small for them to add extra,it would have been nice though. Overall definitely not too bad of a place,there are a few restaurants in the area, house shops a d a 7 eleven for essentials

Nam Naka was a beautiful hotel with a lovely staff. We felt well-cared for the entirety of our stay. We ended up extending our stay because of how much we enjoyed our visit. We recommend this hotel very highly. Convenient location, clean room and hotel, plus the most incredible receptionist. We felt safe and comfortable during our stay here. Thank you Nam Naka.

Building very close to road and very noisy, can’t sleep. Night receptionist smoked **** and can’t speak normal and help with parking. Parking car full and can’t park near. Room many ants. Other things is good - bed sheets , towels, equipment.

The hotel is clean and with elevator. The bed is spacious. The front desk is very friendly and accommodating. The location isn’t far from old town phuket.

The location was a little remote and finding a ride waiting time was longer than other places in Phuket. The room itself was lovely and better than expected for the cheap price. If you’re looking for a place to sleep and be out all day, this is perfect. It’s a little noisy because the road is quite busy. However, there’s a 7 eleven close by, massage place and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and the staff were really so kind and helpful! If you’re on a budget, this is the best place to book!
