One of the famous hotel chain in Thailand. At the opposite side of the hotel, there's coin laundry which is opened for 24 hrs.

no parking space， 1 floor only 4 room。 near banzaan fresh market。

The location is the best part of this inn. At first I thought this was a hotel just with Inn in its name but it is very much an inn. Paid 6000thb for a room per night (2 nights stay) when the same room costs 150thb. Talk about a rip off. Not sure if Trip.com is the one ripping people off or the hotel. Even on the day of arrival some people came to ask the price and they were told 3500tbh. It is not worth it. Stayed in quite a few hotels and this one is by far the worse. The toilet smells like a broken sewer, under the bed is filthy, hasn’t been swept in forever. Nothing special about this place but its convenient location. The first night the hot water was great second night, no hot water, spoke to the guy at reception says he is gonna come to the room and check it out. He comes opens the pipe waits 5 minutes and says “same all over.” I said speak to someone about us getting hot water. That was the last we saw or heard from him again. The females are pleasant the male is a waste of time and energy. I would only stay here if I had no choice and paying 150thb.

The breakfast is good but in another hotel close by. The Internet signal is very poor . You have to be standing next to the door of the room or in the Looby area to gain a strong signal. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Tap water not clear

Perfect location near of Bangla road. Very helpful staff and polite. Comfy room and cleaning everyday ! I will come again soon 🙏🏻

Hotel location was very nice.Easy to acess to all atraction places by walk. But could be better just one clik additional touch.

It’s simply fantastic, I’ve always come to this hotel to stay when I’m in Phuket , I love it!!!
