Price charge was almost a 3/4 star hotel price however quality is below average expectation. I would fairly rate this hotel a 2 star at max. And the sea view room is sadly disappointing, don't bother going for this room type paying the premium but having a view overlooking the roof of some old building. Not exactly an honest advertisement is you ask me. Cleanliness of bedsheet and pillows was a concern including the smelly cushions. We have to request for the bedsheet to be changed three times as there were blood stain. And the to want working properly, lights broken. Doesn’t seem like the hotel has spend an awful lot on the maintenance. Plus buffet was mediocre. All in all, will only opt for this hotel again if the price is below USD40.

🚩Ants in the room. I left a bar of chocolate on a nightstand and the next morning found ants were all over it. How did ants make it to a nightstand, for god’s sake? Rooms need pest control. 🚩Sound leaky place. Everything can be heard from the rooms nextdoor and the hallway. There’s a mosque nearby so they start praying at 4 a.m. Housekeeper comes at 10:30 and knocks on the door. My sleep got constantly interrupted at any time of day and night. 🚩Location is not good. The hotel is really far from the Patong Beach and Bangla Street. A Grab ride one way costs 200 baht, tuk tuk 300 baht. A walk to the beach one way takes 15-30 minutes.

Location is great. Walking to Walking Street is about 15-20 min. The vicinity has plenty F&B. If you are Muslim, then there are a lot of Halal restaurants. It is walking distance to Patong Beach too. Traffic in Patong is bad so make sure you cater time to go to places. The hotel does not provide tooth brush so remember to bring!

The room was really spacious, clean and good location, having a small kitchen was great

Disappointing stay. The air conditioning was extremely noisy, making it hard to sleep, already shown the video to receptionist lady. The receptionist (older gentleman) was quite rude and unhelpful. Breakfast was below expectations, both in quality and variety. Overall, not a pleasant experience. Would not recommend

Good Like

I made the mistake of moving from one hotel (The ***** Patong) to this hotel during the second half of my trip. That was a big mistake! The Good: - The Lobby is nice - friends were okay with their room, located in the main building. The Bad: - The room located in second building are very much an afterthought. The room key is a chunky block that’s inconvenient for traveling around with. - The couch and decor pillows on bed had a rancid smell. I didn’t sit or place any clothes on while staying there - The pool is okay, but sun is blocked by design of building with no room to move lounge chairs. - The airport service car broke down while taking me to airport You’d better take your chance at another cheap hotel nearby x

Comfortable stay, on a very busy road but set back enough that it's not too loud to sleep, plenty of good restaurants nearby, nice pool, good internet. I stayed for 10 nights and was totally satisfied.

Staffs were very rude and cheated us and made us pay for drinks that we have not consumed from the fridge . Do not stay here if given a chance to ! Stay away ! Location is not strategic. There are better hotels in more better location . Rooms were very basic and small. Toiletries were bare minimum Felt ripped off for what we paid like as if it’s backpackers place Don’t stay here !

The whole hotel was super clean, great friendly staff.  Nice pool, good food, great value for the dollar.

Good hotel. A bit far from the beach and the department store. The room looks a bit old. Nice staff.

A very clean hotel in a beautiful location. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. We went as a couple and we definitely recommend it.

The hotel is beautifully presented from the lobby to the corridors leading to the rooms. Pool is glorious if you're not up for the walk to the beach. The balcony next to the bed is nice to wake up to. But. That's about where it ends. The room at first glance looks pretty, but there were chips of wood missing from the around the bed finish, I'll fitting sheets for the size of bed. The nozzle of the bidet is made of plastic and was horrendously stained so we didn't feel comfortable using it. The shower and shower head were covered in limescale and scum build up, I shouldn't have to clean a hotel shower before I use it. A certain male member of staff who seems to work the later shift, the one with earrings, was extremely rude upon our arrival despite advising we would be checking in later than 3pm. When signing the paperwork for the room deposit he was very rude, rushing me and upon finding out I was reading the paperwork before signing he snatched it put of my hands and said it was a "hotel secret" seems a bit dodgy to me. Any time we would arrive back at the hotel he would cast very unsettling looks towards myself and my partner and when we requested fresh towels for our room the member of staff was rude and said we couldn't have fresh towels, despite us using them for the shower and the room instructions stating we could re order towels at our convenience. If you don't care about customer service, you could come here. But if you do care, book somewhere else.

Nice hotel. Cover all the amenities. Excellent halal food and other shops nearby. The pool is nice but wasn't able to use it due to rainy weather.
