The service is very good despite power failure at the hotel on my last night resulting in no air condition.

Absolute 1st class service, from check in to check out, staff were welcoming and friendly, the accommodation was really superb, with everything you need and by the pool, the surroundings were relaxing and tranquil. I will definitely be staying here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel with our friends. The only issue was that we were moved to a worse room, which was not very comfortable. It’s unclear why we were relocated.

Big apartments, good quiet place, good swimming pool.

I didn’t know that I had to pay for cleaning cost 1300 BHT and for electricity used 888 BHT for 4 nights and she only came to cleaned one only for about 20 minutes . I’ll never go back to stay there again. Ok

Unfortunately due to there extra cost of 1000 THB ($42 AU) for cleaning, and the excessive electricity cost of 1480 for ($60 AU) 7 days. This is unacceptable when all they have to do is put up the nights stay. This is a bit misleading in the online booking platform, and should be more clear. The grounds and appearance is extremely good and well maintained. Apartment was very clean but worn down. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Location is out of the way but has a very cute tram on wheels that will transport you anywhere in Laguna including the local beach, but unfortunately it’s a fare walk to Bangtao Beach. Immensities are good.

Отдыхали 3 недели с семьёй 2 взрослых и 2 детей, номер шикарный,чистое постельное бельё , вид на бассейн, кухня оборудована всеми удобствами,доброжелательный персонал, до tops курсирует бесплатный шатл, мы брали в аренду машину в самом отеле (750 бат в июне), чтобы кататься по острову весь отпуск (просторная парковка). Рекомендую данный отель.

Очень хорошие апартаменты, большие номера с кухней, в которой все есть, все номера с видом на парк, бассейн или пруд, очень ухоженная территория. Проживали 8 ночей и за это время за электричество оплатили 1328 бат, предложили две уборки номера, но мы взяли одну и было достаточно. До моря время ходьбы составляет 15 минут, до ближайшего магазина и ресторана тоже минут 10-15, или можно доехать на местном шатле.
