Great location. Receptionist said she didnt see my booking and they dont work with trip.com anymore but when i told her i will contact the cus service my booking suddenly appears on her screen.

Best hotel in town.

เข้าใจได้ว่าโรงแรมต้องการจะประหยัด แต่ด้วยราคาที่ปรับขึ้นตาม demand ก็ควรปรับในเรื่องของการบริการด้วย ไฟในบริเวณ lobby เปิดแค่เพียงบ้างส่วน ไฟบริเวณ corridor ใช้ระบบ censored คือตะติดเมื่อเดินผ่าน เปิดลิฟต์มามืดมาก พนักงานที่ให้บริการก็มีจำกัด พนักงานต้อนรับมีแค่คนเดียว เมื่อทางโรงปรับราคาขึ้นแล้วควรปรับด้านบริการด้วย

โรงแรมใกล้หาดป่าตอง เดินทางสะดวก เงียบสงบ ห้องพักกว้างขวาง สระว่ายน้ำบนดาดฟ้าเด็กๆเล่นกันสนุกสนาน

酒店還挺好的，臨時決定出行，能訂到這個品質的酒店心裏還是比較滿意的

So, we booked this hotel for 4 days, and the second day we went to Phi Phi Islands, and they, without our permission, took all of our stuff, took the passport in a locker, and put it out in the lobby. When I came in the evening and realized that I cannot go into the room, they changed my room, and they told me that all of your stuff is in the lobby, and after that, when I opened the locker, there was no my passport. They just took my documents and put it in the lobby for whole day. So, after that, they told me that it's okay. So, this is the worst hotel ever. Never go to that place. Also, you'll see the cockroaches with the size of your finger. Huge ones, not regular, huge ones. They changed two rooms, and in the two rooms, there were cockroaches. And, yeah,there is stinky, there is a food market, so it stinks there, and just please avoid this place.

THIS PLACE HAS COCKROACHES Calling this place a four star resort is a joke. When you report the cockroaches, they will come "check the room" by looking under the bed and behind the curtains. They'll look at the live cockroach you trapped and wash it down the drain. Then proceed to tell you that you're okay and that they will clean in the morning and then just leave you standing there in the cockroach-infested room. And then when you decide to check out a couple days early (because why on earth would I stay in a hotel where I'm killing baby cockroaches every few minutes), they will lie and say you never reported a problem and refuse to refund any of your money. Steer clear.

This is so disappointing hotel. It's my worst experience in all phuket. The rooms are more than 30 years old. The rooms are smelly with old materials. And the most worst thing is the staff specially the front disk and the receptionists. They are unprofessional and they try to charge the guest extra money more than the room stay. The staff are super rude and I don't know how they measure hospitality. I'm so disappointed on the staff manners and I can't believe this hotel is in Phuket. They are more near by hotel I checked in and they treat the guest with open arms and looking after comfort. The rooms are not clean with bad smell.

Long story short. AVOID AT ALL COSTS I didn't book the hotel and I wouldn't have if I had seen the reviews first. The service is terrible. The staff were unhelpful and rude. The rooms are cheaply made and small, they do not look like the photos. There are lots of little things that altogether were super annoying, for example, you have to pay extra to watch TV and it has to be a streaming service that works with Google. There were no instructions for anything to do with the hotel and the night Manager didn't know how to use the TV. There were no spoons or any other cutlery, so you couldn't even make a cup of coffee (tea wasn't an option). The towels were so old they were becoming ragged. I have travelled the world extensively and expect decent service from what is supposed to be a 4 star hotel, this hotel is nowhere near that level.

Location Good location just off second road, near the junc of Soi Sansibia and set back in a cul de sac. Bagla Rd about 300 meters and Patong Beach 800 meters away. Lots of restraints and cafes around. Two convenience shops near. There was very little noise and it was good. Hotel Staff/Facilities Found the staff friendly and helpful, There is a lovely roof top pool and seating area. The gym Facilities are located on the rooftop too and is very dissapointing. Just a couple of machines, light weights and very worn treadmill. Breakfast was a big dissapointment. They do try but the selection was small and left me feeling I could do better purchasing breakfast elsewhere. Laundry and excursion booking on site. Rooms Absolutely loved my room, comfortable bed, ample clothing storage for my stay, big TV, coffee making Facilities and a fridge. Good decor and a balcony. Unfortunately I was on the 2nd floor which meant my view wasn't fantastic, looking at the sluice tanks. If booking request a room 4th floor or higher is my top tip. The bathroom was clean, towels supplied and waterfall shower was fantastic and cubicle roomy. Value for money This is a well located hotel with comfortable rooms and facilities that go with a 4 star rating. Friendly staff, laundry and excursion booking facilities on site make the stay more worth it. The down side is the fitness facilities and breakfast, hence the 4/5 rating. But don't let these stop you from staying here, you can do a lot worse than stay here! I paid around £75 per night. I was happy to pay this for what I got.

Great place to stay in Patong close to everything The staff are always friendly and willing to help. Totally recommend the Sira Grand Hotel. The fitness bar on the pool has been renovated. Beautiful. We will come back and stay again.

Hotel refused confirmed and paid booking. Rudest stuff i have ever met. Save your time and book somewhere alse. I travel in thailand for years. Havent met situation like this before!! Avoid avoid avoid!! Pictures aren't representing the hotel.

I left after 2 days. The restaurant isn’t open and I thought the room and bed smelled moldy. Elevator was dirty and lots of noise from the boxing arena off 3rd road. The pool area wasn’t that clean and had that fake green grass around the pool. Wasn’t for me

Chers voyageurs, Je tiens à partager une expérience troublante que j'ai vécue récemment lors de mon séjour au Sira Grand Hotel à Patong, en Thaïlande. Pendant mon séjour, j'ai constaté plusieurs pratiques inquiétantes en matière d'hygiène qui pourraient mettre en danger la santé des clients. Tout d'abord, j'ai remarqué que les draps des lits n'étaient pas changés régulièrement. Malgré avoir signalé ce problème à plusieurs reprises, il semblait que les draps étaient simplement retendus sans être remplacés. De plus, les serviettes fournies dans la salle de bains semblaient être les mêmes d'une journée à l'autre, sans être lavées ni remplacées. Ces pratiques négligentes en matière d'hygiène sont extrêmement préoccupantes, car elles peuvent favoriser la propagation de bactéries et de maladies. Il est inacceptable que les clients soient exposés à de tels risques pour leur santé. Je vous encourage donc vivement à prendre ces informations en considération lors de la réservation de votre hébergement. Il est essentiel de choisir des établissements qui accordent une grande importance à l'hygiène et à la sécurité des clients. En partageant ces préoccupations, j'espère contribuer à sensibiliser les voyageurs aux enjeux de santé et d'hygiène et à encourager les établissements à mettre en place des mesures adéquates pour garantir le bien-être de leurs clients.
