I am dissatisfied with my recent stay due to the following issues: • Children’s pool white drain cover caused falls, including my swollen foot; no fixes made. • Unannounced power outage for hours; staff denied responsibility, offered only fruit as compensation. • Room marketed as new but materials worn; neighbor’s doorbell rang in my room due to thin walls. • Inconsistent housekeeping; bathrobes once left rolled on my bed. • Post-renovation design unfit for families; toilet and bed separated by a curtain.

I had a wonderful stay at this resort. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, as was the rest of the hotel—modern, tasteful, and very comfortable. The facilities are new and thoughtfully laid out; I especially loved the pool area, which was perfect for relaxing. The staff were all nice, friendly, and very supportive throughout my stay. The location is also a big plus—just a short walk to the beach, with restaurants, convenience stores, and a bus stop all nearby, making everything super convenient. One thing to note: since the hotel is near a local area, you might encounter some unexpected insect visitors, so just be prepared. Also, it would be great if basic toiletries like shavers were provided without needing to ask multiple times. That said, my overall experience was very positive. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back again!

The room was clean. The bathroom was small. There was no air conditioner. The ceiling between the bathroom and the bedroom were connected. The bed sheets were old and hard.

A decent hotel that has undergone big renovation recently.. they said it took almost 2 years to do the overhaul renovation though there are still hits and misses as pristine it is not. Hits - rather new and modern looking. Pretty sumptuously buffet breakfast with smiling service staff although I wish they will brush up on their command of their English language for ease of effective communication.  Misses:  The elevator is old and not renovated. Well the guest room which I stayed in is decent with big floor to ceiling windows on both sides with mountain and a far away ocean view, the bathroom is not the most practical. Furnishing and fixtures are also of sub-par quality.  Location wise this comes down to personnel preferences. It’s tucked away inside a very busy chaotic, old street filled with shops, restaurants and bars. Whilst is rather convenient in that regard, I personally prefer to stay somewhere in a far less busy and bustling street. Especially when the neighbourhood is rather hideous looking filled with old ugly buildings and even uglier and mind boggling is the overhead wires / cables running across the buildings. What an eye sore for seekers of idyllic vacation.   I will rather choose to stay in a neighbour hood such as Kata Noi or Nai Harn Beach. Or at least on the promenade facing ocean side of the Karon away from the maddening crowds and many hideous surrounding sights. Thus, alas the location and neighbourhood of  Centara Karon for me was def the least desirable part of my entire stay this time in Phuket.

A Great Family-Friendly Stay! We had a fantastic week at this resort! It's perfect for families—our 2-year-old absolutely loved the kids' pool and kids' club. The atmosphere was welcoming, and there were plenty of activities to keep both kids and adults entertained. Highly recommend for a relaxing family getaway!

We loved the kids pool and all the kids activities. The staff made sure we stayed comfortable despite the bad smell coming from the bathroom. Overall great hotel for families

В целом отель не плохой. Расположение удачное, недалеко от пляжа, вокруг вся вечерняя жизнь, торговцы, кафе и магазины. Брали номер с видом на море в основном здании, правильно пишут отзывы что музыка мешает по вечерам. Уборка в номере посредственная, сам номер хороший за исключением того как расположен туалет, можно сказать удобства прямо в номере - отделяет стеклянная дверь. Завтраки хорошие. 3 бассейна Основное здание стоит отдельно и вся территория отеля расположены за его пределами, там трехэтажные здания, много зелени. Есть чем занять детей. Вроде как анимация имеется.

ประทับใจตั้งแต่ พี่ รปภ ประตูทางเข้ากล่าวคำทักทาย.. พี่ๆ พนักงานโรงแรม กระตือรือร้นในการให้บริการ โดยเฉพาะ พี่ห้องอาหารเช้า ที่คอยหาร่มให้ เมื่อไปขอ เพราะฝนตกหนักมาก ห้องพัก วิวสวยมาก ตัวห้องพักก็สวย เตียงนอนนุ่มสบาย อาหารเช้าดีงาม มีให้เลือกหลากหลาย ไม่ควรพลาด มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน ตั้งแต่ สระว่ายน้ำ 3 สระ, ฟิตเนส แต่ละที่ก็มีให้ผ้าเช็ดตัวด้วย แล้วรอบโรงแรม ก็มีร้านอาหารหลากหลาย เดินเพียง 5นาทีก็ถึงทะเล

Отличный отель на Кароне, тихий, хорошие завтраки и ужины, отличный бассейн и спа. Шикарный вид. Рекомендую

Отличный отель. Большая ухоженная территория. Приятный красивый ресепшен. В номерах все чистое и новое. Завтраки разнообразные и очень вкусные. Можно не платить залог если отказаться от минибара, что мы и сделали. Отель нам очень понравился. До пляжа идти 5-8 минут. За пляжными полотенцами нужно идти на бассейн и сдавать их необходимо так же на бассейне. Это немного неудобно если ваш номер находится не рядом с местом выдачи, но мы быстро привыкли. Возле бассейнов кроме лежаков есть удобные диванчики и небольшие домики для двоих. Отель нам очень понравился
