1. Hotel service is bad, with night shift receptionist sleeping during shift.  2. After housekeeping the staff left the cloth on top of bed. 3. The room door lock spoiled and took 30 minutes to fix when we check in. Even after fixing, it was really difficult to close/open the door which makes us feel really unsafe.  4. The room have a musky smell and there is lizard in the room.

This hotel is located nere rawai beach. The room is clean and the staff is good service mind.

The Hotel was ok for the price. But has to fix the shower switch at the bathtub. No closure for the bathtub. We used the kitchen one. Some bad odor in the room for two days. Why they have a kitchen in the room without any equipment like a pan or a pot. There were only 2 coffee spoons. That’s it? No hot water at the bathroom sink and in the kitchen. Decoration in the lobby and the corridor was nice.

This family-friendly resort in Phuket catered to guests of all ages. The rooms were tastefully decorated with a minimalist aesthetic, creating a calming ambiance. The hotel's focus on sustainability and eco-friendly practices was commendable. The on-site restaurant offered a farm-to-table dining experience, showcasing the freshest local ingredients. The friendly staff went above and beyond to create a truly memorable experience.

Great location & nearby Rawai Market. Rooms are slightly old & require refurbishment. Thank you.

Pretty good hotel,about 850m away from Ra wai seafood market. Have cable TV so that was good.

Good hotel and restaurant in the front is very nice and friendly, the studios are spacious and comfortable

I stayed three nights. Two of those nights our room didn't have electricity. The hotel knew this and dragged their feet to fix the problem. They said they couldn't move me to another room because they were full. I told them I needed electricity as I use a medical device to sleep at night, well, they didn't seem to care about that. So I slept two nights with no aircon and no medical device. Do better!

Very clean room, big clean windows with a great sea view. A little bit loud (box gym next door in the Morning) Show gel, but no sopa for washing hand. Full kitchen, but no equipment inside. Would be nice to have at least one knife...

It's more apart hotel or Condominium than a hotel. The big problem you don't have any amenities(tooth brush, gel and etc.) Rawai Beach is 300m away. The room feels tired and old

We have stayed 3 nights, 3 sleepless nights due to a nearby bar playing live band music until one o'clock in the morning. Staff of the hotel are kind and polite.

โรงแรมดีมากค่ะ มีครบทุกอย่างในห้อง ตู้เย็น ทีวี แอร์ อ่างแช่ตัว สระว่ายน้ำ อยู่ใกล้ชายหาด200m มีที่จอดรถ ที่สำคัญภายในห้องหอมมากค่ะ ราคาก็ไม่แรงโดยรวมโอเคมากๆค่ะ

Не понравилось то что при выселении нам предъявили разбитый стакан, хотя он был в их мешочке и мы его даже не трогали. Предъявили скол на пульте от кондиционера, которая была. Хотели удержать 1000 бат. При заселении берут депозит 1000 бат. В итоге после ругани удержали за стакан 100 бат. Если выбираете этот отель, то обязательно все посмотрите, чтобы потом не платить за то чего Вы не портили.

Остановились на пару дней. Реальность не соответствует фотографиям.Ожидания были другие,  но так как всего на два дня, закрыли глаза на многие недостатки.Номера с кухней, но без элементарных столовых приборов, это для того, чтобы не готовить и тратить электричество.Бассейн не плохой, но уже требуется ремонт, территория не ухоженная, а про матрасы на лежаках, мои фотки расскажут.Это мой честный отзыв, потому что , все познается в сравнении,до этого у нас был атель 3 звездочный, я их оценила на 5+.Но может кому то понравится….
