We are also sorry for the shortcoming of the cleaning but we will definitely improve for a better service. When you reached to the front desk for an assistance, we did thoroughly investigate the situation with the housekeeping team and housekeeping supervisor. Unfortunately, we did not find an indication of a misbehavior by our team. We are also not allowed to open guest's wardrobe and could clean the room in general only. Moreover, there was no information indicating that the safety box was broken so it is impossible that there was any inappropriate action as mentioned. Consequently, we are afraid that our establishment was unable to prove this concern and offer a compensation. Also, we would like to ensure that our staffs are trusted and they follow strict standards of honesty. Once again, we are truly sorry that the solution did not meet your expectations.
